We booked for the 2-bedroom apartment for our family of 4 (11 and 9 years old). The whole layout is very functional and we enjoy staying there. The beds are so comfortable. We have a restful nights after their dance competitions. We would come again in the future. Next time we can try cook there as they provide plates, utensils, rice cooker, etc….you named it they have! We found this convenient very useful to our stay.

The parking is quite limited. But not to far off that you could not walk. The corridors from elevator to room should have some air conditioning. It was quite hot when we were there.

The staffs were so kind and nice. Cleaning staffs do their job everyday perfectly. I was a bit worried cos not many people from my country knew about this place and there was very little information about this hotel when I was researching. But after I stayed this hotel, I realized that that was some meaningless worries. I will recommend this place and I will book this hotel again if I travel to si racha again! It’s no brainer:) PS - Tuk tuk drivers, you guys made my son’s day everyday! Everytime he rides the tuk tuk he enjoyed the every single bits of it! Thank you so much!

Very welcoming, the apartment itself were modern, cozy for solo traveler, internet connections good. like the idea of free tuk tuk ride around the local area. Over all I’ve have had relaxing time In Somerset. Very well recommended for sure.

Our stay at Somerset Siracha was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. We booked a sea view room, and from the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted with a pleasant aroma that set a welcoming tone. The hotel is spotless, reflecting its high standards of cleanliness. One notable aspect of our stay was the exceptional service. Even though we left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door because we were checking out in the evening and didn’t want the room cleaned, the receptionist kindly called to ask if we would still like the room cleaned. This level of attentiveness is truly exceptional. Every staff member we encountered, from the security guards to the concierges who helped with our luggage, and the receptionists, displayed great service and kindness. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay did not go unnoticed.

Excellent hotel/apartments. We have used this residence twice to visit family in the Si Racha area. Our 2 bed apartment with sea views was exceptional, along with the staff and facilities. The free tuk tuk into town is handy, although it is only a 5min walk to where the restaurants are (near Atara Mall) or a 10min walk to Pacific Mall (Robinsons). Having a side kitchen in the apartment made for a home away from home. Decent size car park, never had an issue parking our rental car. Would definitely use this residence again.

Great rooms, beautiful view from pool and gym. Staff were amazing. Lovely local neighbourhood, check out Kuhn Lhum restaurant around the corner, family run, delicious food. Also not far to walk to Wat Khao Phutthakhodom, 452 steps to the top, but a wonderful experience awaits you. Free shuttle service to points of interest. Lastly smell in lobby was wonderful!

I used to stay at Oakwood which was really good but it has become more expensive. So what was the chance I found somewhere that is just as good, well I did, The Somerset Harbourview. The rooms are as good as Oakwood but half the price. The location, staff, facilities are just superb. It’s my very favorite place to stay.

the Tuk Tuk service is brilliant one phone call and they send out the driver to collect you. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and clean.

the restaurant staff need to be more attentive and remove used crockery quicker from the tables. The chairs in the restaurant need a good clean as the soft furnishes are stained, this lets down the restaurants appearance.

The breakfast was decent and not too expensive. The customer service and value for money is unbeatable, I would recommend this to anyone wanting to step away from Bangkok. We extended our stay and the comfort level was incredible. The room was larger than expected with a nice bathtub and walk in shower, the TV was great and even showed the football which was an added benefit.
