The bedroom was quite comfortable and nicely decorated with nautical theme. Towels were nice and fluffy. We had no difficulty finding street parking in front of the building. Balcony had nice view of the ocean. Efficient A/C. Beachfront location. Very clean.

We were under the impression that unit had kitchen but it’s a communal kitchen shared with other rooms/guests. The layout is top floor of building is large flat with several rooms rented, each with separate key fob access. No elevator and several flight of stairs to unit. Continental breakfast had limited options.

Absolutely everything! The whole place was spotlessly clean and in the perfect location. The owner, Basilio, was just amazing! He made us feel totally at home. He gave us so many brilliant recommendations and was always very helpful and wanted to genuinely make sure that we had the best possible stay. The photos don’t really show how much we enjoyed it. The busy beach was Cefalù, the photo below was our beach on the same day! The view from the top balcony is like a dream…..

We LOVED everything!

This is very nice accomodation, clean, very near to beach, we could lend parasol and chairs to the beach in this accomodation. Basilio was very kind and gave us recommendation to our trips or restaurants. We had everything we wanted for breakfast. Room was quiet and there was a possibility to cook in a kitchen. We appreciate the hospitability.

The location is great, as it is close to the sea. it is perfect to enjoy the fresh air and a nice walk every day. The room was clean. but most important the staff is kind and welcoming. Especially Basilio was professional and friendly. He made us the best cappuccino, his form is first class 😊. it was a great pleasure to spend time there. see you soon. Sonia and Daniele

Big, clean, not cluttered, comfy bed and hot shower. There was a clothes line to hang up washing which was unexpected. Quiet place. Right across from a beach. Easy enough to find parking on the street. Made a last minute booking and it went very smoothly.

Wifi. We had the password etc, but when it asked us to log in there was no button to push. Not a big problem though cause I had an Esim card.

The location was amazing and the host was excellent. Always quick to help and remembered our coffee order every morning for breakfast. Was always polite and a smile on his face.

Location was right on the beach. Basilio was incredibly helpful and friendly. Helped us get from the train station and back. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good.

Lovely family run business right on the sea front with private access to the beach. Everything provided for a comfortable stay including use of kitchen with coffee machine. We arrived hours early and the host was kind enough to allow us to check in early. Would stay here again.

Fantastic view of the sea from the balcony. Nice and clean room with private bathroom. Kitchen facilities parted with other rooms. The beach was empty in the last days of august. Good place for swimming (necessary water depth after a few steps). Free parking was available.

No restaurants in the vicinity. Basic breakfast. Not enough interesting places nearby.

Bright and uncluttered interior, beach just meters away, sound of the sea while relaxing on the balcony, very prompt response from Daniele and the manager of the premises.
