Small hotel in a residential location with plenty of available parking either at the rear of the building or in private parking garage. Easily accessible by car from Munich and surrounding tourist areas with small shops and bakeries within walking distance. Apartments were spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating in answering questions and kindly accepting deliveries on our behalf.

Side door entry external sidewalk could be modified for easier wheelchair access. While the elevator made room access very easy, guests with mobility issues have difficulty accessing this main street entrance way opposite the elevator.

the rooms were spacious and well equiped. Clean and quit. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and accomodating. The self-checkin experience was a breeze. Underground parking is a good value for money.

The sound of traffic from the street was a little too loud when I left the windows open, however after closing them all was quiet. The TV has seen better years and could be updated for a more modern/bigger/smart unit.

One bedroom apartment was just like in the pictures. Staff was helpful and replied quickly to e-mails (reception is open only part of the day so we never met anyone). We were happy with the location (30 minutes to zoo by car etc.) and the small town itself. Garage was also good.

The sofa bed is ok for a kid (7 years old) but it is not suitable for adults.

central location in the town, easy to approach by car and great parking behind the building. Room was spatious and clean, small kitchen is enough for quick meals (not really for feeding a family of 4+). Free coffee is a nice touch.

NO BREAKFAST OPTION AVAILABLE ! This was my main reason for booking, very dissatisfied. Single beds was the only option which I personally find frustrating.

The apartment is very big and spacious. The kitchen is adequate and the bathroom is comfortable.

There is nowhere to open your luggage and select your essential items. If you stay for a week or a long term stay you really need good luggage space.

That our room passes did not work anymore after we went out for breakfast in the morning, it was before 10 o’clock so I assume the check out was not earlier than that.

Spacious room, nice furniture, central location. It has a fully equipped kitchenette. No complimentary early check-in available despite it being off season (there were many empty rooms).

Checked in after hours. Didn't know you needed to insert room key to turn on electricity in room. Called after hours number and was helped immediately.

Beautiful, new, mini self catering apartment which is well equipped (though no kettle) right in the middle of town.

Traveling with bicycles they wanted to charge us for using the secure parking! Never had that before 😯
