Great location I like how quiet it was it seemed like the perfect place to just unwind

Everything was better then I had expected or imagined.. The staff at the time I arrived very nice respectful and very welcoming but the employee at the front desk around check out time very rude, impatient had a real bad attitude very unprofessional and unnecessary

The location. I was familiar with the area so knew where I was going w/o GPS.

The $150 pet fee. I knew there was going to be a charge, but $150, wow. The pipe underneath the sink came off while washing my hand. When I called the front desk to explain what was going on, that I had fixed the problem and needed extra towels, the clerk was neither surprised nor concerned. It takes 7 days for my $100 deposit to be sent back to my bank and I hope the incident with the bathroom sink doesn't forfeit me getting my money returned accordingly!!!

I have recently stayed here, about 4 times now, and it has been a pretty quiet stay. The rooms smelled fresh and were very spacious.

The cable could have more channels. TV only has 33 channels.

Friendly professional staff on check in and out! Great staff! Room are very comfortable and spacious! The wet bar sink is handle and it's wonderful to have a mini frig and microwave to use. Breakfast was sufficient and especially the make yourself waffles.

The bath towels were small. The rooms were hot upon arrival due to the western sun. Closing the roller blinds about two-thirds down would helped kept the room cool and still be adequate light to see.. Although, once the AC unit ran, the room cooled eventually.

I like the location it’s very accessible, the place is nice and easy to navigate, the room is clean and spacious and also the food or breakfast the we had we like it,

I don’t like the staff specifically in the dining room he is so rude and disrespectful, I don’t like the way he prepares food for us, no greeting and he’s very serious, without smiling face , and also the staff in the front desk She didn’t even welcome us with a smile

LOCATION couldn't have been better. Room was large, comfortable and user friendly. Nice breakfast

Nice, big rooms. Clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and spacious. Friendly staff at the front desk.

Breakfast was served by a person that seem to be out of the place (like he did not want to be there). Although the hotel insisted on breakfast being served by this person (not self-service) the same person did not wear the mask or any other protection against coronavirus (a very strange approach - don't seem the point behind it). In addition, the person was quite rude and aloof towards the guests.

Our check in experience was very good. The woman at the front desk was friendly and warm def\spite being exhausted.

Friendly introduction when entering the hotel. Good size room lay out nicely./ Very clean and well kept. Counter tops, writing table and carpet.

Nonetheless, the bed had the dipping albeit little. Would assume the result of many times two people in the bed - not a only visitor wanting to sleep in the middle... Probably the worst thing was the 'smokers' - they were right out the entrance,, When entering the facility had to walk through a smoky cloud / atmosphere, Being asthmatic this was very disturbing.

This hotel was in a very nice area. I’m a female who was staying by herself and I felt very comfortable coming back to this hotel at night after a concert. Front desk were super friendly and made checking in/out a breeze! The room was very clean and had amazing amenities.

The TV was angled weird. It would of been nice to be able to watch the tv comfortably while laying in bed. also I didn’t like how breakfast ended at 9. Other than that this hotel is amazing. I will stay here again whenever I’m in the area.
