Hotel is fine in every respect - perfect for a country resort. It was a shame we didn't have time to stay longer to enjoy it properly. Restaurant is great and not overpriced either :-)

The only (very minor) gripe is the drive to the resort - it's a few miles down a small country road, but take it carefully and all is good. FOLLOW THE ROADSIGN to the hotel when you see it - the SatNav took us to totally the wrong place and got us stuck up a small side street (not the hotel's fault at all, but heed the warning)

One of the most loveliest hotels we have ever been to. We rented a cottage instead of the usual hotel rooms. It was lovely. The area of the hotel is amazingly beautiful, very panoramic with almost everything in it, starting from the cottages, golf course, farm, childrens playground and a big private parking. The restaurant was also very good and the staff are really welcoming and helpful. We’ll return for sure someday 🙂

The restaurants menu needs to have more options for example more normal pasta and pizza in my opinion. Apart from that the staff every time we asked, they cooked something else for us which was not on the menu 🙂

A sizeable complex of buildings, with two "cottages" per building, plus some apartments. The rooms were well-maintained, although they are aging a bit. The outside area is very well maintained and there is a nice pool. Overall, it's not an outstanding stay in terms of the quality of the housing, but perfectly fine and with a very nice outside.

The listing mentioned a washing machine, and there wasn't one. I expect there is probably a shared washing machine area, but that wasn't stated anywhere and wasn't what we needed.

Amazing facilities (tennis, mini golf etc), nature and the staff were very friendly and always eager to help

The property is very popular for weddings because it is so beautiful. However, that can cause issues for other guests staying at the resort, particularly if you are in an annex close to the pool area as quite often fireworks are let off from the paths near the pool. Breakfast was very nice but was the same every day. A bit of change each day would be welcome.

The location is very remote high up on the mountains. It takes at least 20min of windy roads with only 1 lane (but traffic in both directions) to get there. There are 2 options. DO NOT USE THE EXTREMELY STEEP, WINDY, NARROW AND DAMAGED STREET recommended by Google maps. It is really dangerous, especially in the dark, and facing other vehicles on the steep narrow street with broken edges and without any wiggle room can become a dangerous and/or car-wrecking experience.

Nice views, spacy room (cabin). A lot of green areas within the compound. Free parking.

A bit isolated which is what one might seek in an accommodation, but the road indication ( even after following Google Maps) to reach the location is very sketchy and the road in poor conditions. The restaurant where I had dinner is nice, food is good but the portions are modest and overpriced. The drains in bathroom ( bidet and lavabo) were blocked which was unpleasant.

The place was impeccably clean and beautiful, the staff was so polite and helpful, they made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was good and fresh, with freshly baked cakes and fresh fruit. We found bathrobes and slippers in our room which was great, and spent a lot of time walking around the property which was amazing. You can also use one of their bikes to get around the hotel.

Breakfast was a bit limited for vegans but this was expected, and it would have been great to have tea/coffee making facilities in our room, but other than that, it was an amazing stay and we wish to come back!

A lovely view to wake up too every morning, it's breath taking. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the dinner was superb. We loved going for walks in the morning and evening around the resort.

It would have been ideal to have a kettle in the room. Having a baby with us, it would have been very handy.

Liked everything about the hotel....the staff, the property, the food...all excellent...the only little issue was that the use of the indoor pool and sauna where not included in the room rate...but other than that and that they should have more than 1 EV charging station, it was a very pleasant hotel to stay in. Thank you for your great hospitality.

Restaurant could use more choices of food. Husband didn’t get his gluten free pasta until 45 minutes of ordering and we were all finished our meal. There were a lot of ants at our cottage and was hard to have food outside.
