The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent view and close to the clinic my child was going to for treatment. Enjoyed the stay. Staff was very pleasant and helpful in solving the problems that came up in caring for my son ( handicapped). They were a joy to work with and did their best to help. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

The staff of the hotel are very professional, friendly and accomodating. The hotel is located near two grocery stores and co-located with a Sport LIfe gym, along with some great restaurants. The Tennessee Steak House is down the street and has the best steaks I've had in Ukraine.

Staff very helpful and friendly
shortage of electricity is a problem, outside temperature was very high so a/c didn’t cool down properly when hotel was on generator power, but I understand situation .

They have a nice staff, quite nice and quiet room, it is clean, and has a nice interior with a very large bed that consists of 2 large beds
I don't like synthetic padding pillows, they are too resilient for me, It was the only discomfort for me. But overall I had a good sleep and rested well.

Very comfortable and clean hotel, with a great view from the window, a high-quality room mattresses, furniture, and a great bathroom.
The service in the hotel restaurant "SHEF" can be improved. Lond waiting time and needed to call a waitress several times to be noticed.

Very nice place, very friendly staff. Room, restaurant, terrace - everything it's supper nice. Also the swiming pool, if you are traveling in the summer - it's perfect.
