Everything was great: clean quiet rooms, helpful stuff, good breakfast, even fitness facilities. Sign of the time: comfortable shelter and no power shut downs. Great choice in all senses.

Something should be done with the parking. Someone just scratched my car and left.

Even in this very delicate siruation the people have been very kind with always a smile. Hope I will be soon back here.

Two of the staff are excellent and courteous and who made the difference during my stay. One lady at reception and one of the chamber maids, most of the others never smiled and one or two were very surly and fairly hostile. Those two great ladies saved the day for me otherwise I would not be going there again. The dining room is at one end of the lobby which is ok but because there are vast amounts of glass windows the entire length of the lobby, the place is permanently chilly. It`s a shame because it spoils a good and spacious restaurant. Nice bedroom,nice bed. Everything one needs.

See above. I was on the ninth floor facing the side street which was a very quiet situation except the restaurant across the street left its music speakers on through the night .

no restaurant facilities apart from breakfast which I was not aware of until I arrived which is a shame but Glovo a such a good service with such a great choice & good value too.

Staff were very accommodating. Went out of their way to look after us during the air alerts. Rooms were comfortable enough. the breakfast buffet was great.

Air conditioning did not appear to work. But we never complained to staff so they didn't get a chance to address the issue. Thought they charged too much for the breakfast buffet.

I asked for some help from the reception regarding a place for spa services, but they did not help me well and also spoke to them to make a table reservation in the restaurant. They did the matter, but they did not inform me that the reservation had been made. They need to be improved about this, just nothing else.
