It is in a great location and the rooms are nice and clean. Friendly staff. Love the soundproof windows. We only heard some explosions from the air missile defense, but other than that, it was very quiet. Love the room service until late.

We only received 1 free water bottle, per person, per day…when you can’t drink the water, the water should always be free. We are a family that drinks a lot of water…at least 4-8 bottles of water, each, per day. We were told by the guy at the front desk that the breakfast buffet was included. For the first 8 days they didn’t make us pay, then the last day they told us we had to pay and that it was never free, but they were just letting us get it for free?

The hotel and the room were comfortable

1. Via booking.com it was confirmed that I requested early checkin and no one communicated that it would require additional fee. That's not how it's done anywhere in the world. But when I arrived, I was requested to pay 50% more for the room because of early check-in. I had no choice but to pay but it was a very unpleasant surprise 2. The restaurant at the hotel basically chased us out. It's not a cheap establishment but they seemed to be out of a number of things and in general were clearly trying to get rid of us because "they were scheduled to close in an hour". So we ended up leaving and looking for alternatives at 7 pm. Thankfully, we were accomodated by a very nice establishment in the Gulliver center.

Sky Loft Hotel Kyiv provides good quality breakfast in a buffet breakfast style. You have an opportunity to find a lot of options for all tastes. The variety of dishes is pleasing. You can find both more filling dishes and light snacks. You can ask to pack food with you if there is an early departure. The buffet with a coffee maker for making your own cappuccino is open 24 hours a day. In addition, the hotel bar is open long hours and offers cocktails, wine, beer and bar snacks. If breakfast is not included, you can pay for it separately right at the buffet.

I didn’t find any big cons, everything was good.

Check-in was quick and efficient. We were assigned a room on the 14th floor with a stunning view of the city. The room was clean, and housekeeping was done daily. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We would be delighted to visit this hotel again in the future.

Good big beds, both single and double. Good location, easy arrive to and from hotel.

Lobby and bar every evening is full with “easy girls” of oldest proffesion known and some criminal elements. Two evenings i witnesed some fights between criminal elements end probably guests of hotel. In one if fights one criminal element took out a gun against oponent. Came police but nothing happened. Looks like hotel is Ok with those lements in hotel every night.

Excellent location, close to everything. Very clean room. Bomb shelter which is very important now in Kyiv, good security. The hotel staff was great, from receptionist to cleaners and technicians, all very politely, nice and kind people.

Staff was very friendly with a quick check-in. They even offered us a room upgrade to a view overlooking the Church. Bed was very comfortable as well. We also asked for a crib for our baby and they brought one in excellent condition and even made her bed like a hotel bed.

Nothing, all was fine.

I liked the hotel a lot. It's very modern and clean. It has all the facilities you need during travel. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The location is central near a big mall. The staff is great. Especially I want to thank Maxim, Daria and Yasmina. They are nice people and very professional. Overall, it's a great choice for your next stay.

Despite the difficult situation with the electricity, the hotel was able to provide it around the clock. The room was always clean as it was cleaned daily. The staff was always friendly and approachable.

Clean and good lounge.

No pool or hot tub, just a small gym. No dedicated work area, just a lounge connected to busy (loud) bar area.
