The staff were super friendly and very kind even though we had a language barrier The room was really amazing and lovely, clean, spacious, pleasant furnishings, nice aesthetics. Would only have wished for a sink in the kitchenette area The sauna in the room was a luxurious extra that is rare to find elsewhere Located very centrally within the city centre with easy access to evrerything needed within walking distance

The lift was a big disappointment as it only worked at certain hours. I had heavy luggage and it was a nightmare getting my suitcases up and down the many flights of stairs even though the staff were very kind in supporting me The air conditioner was not working so the room heating was quite low especially in the bedroom. Ony one portable heater which did not provide adequate heat.

I loved the price-value ratio. The stay was very affordable, even though the apartment hotel was located directly in the city center (in my opinion Zoloty Vorota is the best district in Kyiv), the room was very spacious, and had its own private sauna. I have stayed in many different hotels in Europe, but this one is by far my favorite. I don't want to stay in any other place when I visit Ukraine next time, I really feel nostalgia for this hotel.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Location was outstanding, the room was clean and had everything I needed. I hope to stay here again.

Elevator sometimes doesn't work, but it was only a few times

perfect location, 10 min by walking to the city enter Khreshatyk. Room is quite big with huge panoramic windows. The only disadvantage is that reception is located right in front of the room's door so I didnt feel comfortable speaking on the phone when i know there are people who can hear everything. And the security guy often sits in front of the room's door on the sofa so in the beggining it was quite awkward to open the door and to see someone else but then you get used to it and fel secure :D But overall the staff is really nice and helpful, plus the guy helped me with a heavy luggage. Good choice for one person

A large, comfortable room in a central location. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

You need the fob that comes with the key to use the lift, which on arrival you don't yet have. The lift did not always work.

Great and comfortable stay, helpful staff and an ideal location for my work in central Kyiv. Loved it and will be going back!
