The apartment is a little difficult to find, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's very small and at the top of the building, but it was very clean. The staff was accommodating and polite. The only negative (if it is really a negative) is that there is no washing machine for clothes. I lost the key to the apartment, but they had a replacement very quickly and it was a reasonable charge for the replacement. If you are travelling solo I would recommend this place.

Great location. Staff is not present at the property, but they are excellent about answering the phone and they spoke perfect English. The place is spotless. Great view. Small free parking lot behind the building, but I usually found a spot. If there are no spots, there's plenty of parking on the street also for free. There's a code for the main door so you can get inside the building, but you need keys for the apartment door and another interior door. Shared laundry.

It's a bit difficult to find though staff gave excellent directions. This isn't just ONE apartment. They manage many properties so you never know which one you can get. Ask for details/photos prior to booking. If you go through Booking.com there's no way to tell which unit you will get.

Location is perfect; near subway, many restaurants, cafes, exchange offices. Very clean apartment flat with private shower, toilet and air conditioning. A small but effective kitchen was available. Communication with the owner was perfect, good English! They can arrange you transfer from/to Airport with a good price, i do not recommend taxi, try using transfer. One day before check-in Iryna contacts you to confirm reservation data and to give many information (like where to exchange money). Strongly recommended!
