It’s solid, clean, all amenities worth the money. Friendly and helpful staff, lots of breakfast options, really comfortable bomb shelter - even have beds, wifi, water, some books, pillows and blankets.

Be ready that in comparison to newer properties in Kyiv, this one might be a bit „worn out”. My elevator and room keys were constantly not working, so I needed to visit the reception multiple times on the daily basis. (I adhered to all the instructions and kept them separated from my phone and all magnetic devices, still didn’t help)

The rooms are conveniently planned - everything is in right place. The hotel has underground parking (needs to be reserved separate and has an extra cost). We like a location that hotel has.

Lighting in the rooms could be better. Some equipment in the room already requires replacement. The biggest problem is breakfast - variety could be better taking into account the room price and there is awful service during the breakfast. Very often you need to look for a hotel personnel to ask them to bring in dishes that are finished, to clean a table or even to bring small spoons (which are often missing) - that is disappointing for the hotel having such a name.

I liked location and room which was spacious and convenient planning.

Breakfast is very weak. Not many options to choose from taking into account hotel level and the price. Staff at the breakfast do not pay appropriate attention - when something is missing from food or cutlery, you need to tell it to the staff, otherwise you may wait for 10-15 min when they will notice it.

Very good location. Comfortable room and very good shower. The bomb shelter, if needed, looked comfortable with five single bed ample chairs and couches. I didn't use it despite having a look. It meant going outside to access the underground car park.

The lighting is rather subdued, and I prefer an option to brighten things up. Fine for studying though, with lamps on the desk.

The localization of the hotel, the room and the kindness of the staff. There is a Nespresso coffe machine at the room, but they need to clean it better.

The breakfast area is undergoing maintenance, which causes some discomfort and delays in starting service. The elevator access system, access card, works erratically, as well as the card to open the room doors.

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and all services worked or were delivered as you'd expect.

The breakfast was served in the restaurant, and was lovely. But this was the same space used if you wanted a drink in the evening - ie sat at dining tables, with no relaxing, comfortable furniture. Maybe, in this location, there isn't much demand for a more 'leisurely' area,

Great hotel to stay for a weekend (or more extended period) in the center of Kyiv (Podil). Near to all the restaurants and office centers. Talking about the hotel: its a bit outdated (no renovation was done in a long period) but its still good quality, no bad smell in the room, everything is clean and maintained. The breakfast is fine (we only experienced that for a single morning), but not worth visiting (compared to my previous experience in other Radisson chain hotels). Its better to walk outside and eat in one of the dozens cafes in Podil (my personal recommendation).

There were some drawbacks of this trip: * the elevator was partly operational (we were struggling to get to our 6th floor) and it got stuck 2 times. (I used emergency stairs once to get to the reception because no one answered the phone line). * the internal phone line is not working during evening hours (we were staying for two nights in the hotel, and I couldn't reach the reception via phone on any of that days :) ). * the breakfast options could be better for the price paid.

The breakfast includes different options that should meet all tastes. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was provided with good toiletries and a bathrobe (which I prefer to use). Many restaurants and a supermarket are in few minutes walking distance.

Almost nothing to mention. It is just that I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the A/C; however, I didn’t want to bother the hotel about it, given the actual situation in Ukraine.

Staff is kind and despite frequent air raids they work to maintain high level of professionalism. Breakfast is great and lunch dinner as well.

My favourite place to stay in Kyiv, even during the war. Very helpful and friendly staff. The location is central but at the same time quiet. It feels like home every time.

Regular customers should be offered upgrades.
