Modern, fashionable, almost hipstery interior. I love it. Good sized, comfortable rooms with all the necessary facilities in then. Nice location in the heart of the old town, close to the metro station, embankment, surrounded by hundreds of shops, restaurants and coffee places.

Because of the location, there are tramways outside of the window. They run until the late night and start over the early morning. The whole room is shaking when the tram is passing by, and it’s so loud, even with the windows closed. I couldn’t sleep normally at all. This time we stayed at the room 401 and it was like this, however last time we had another room (can’t remember which one) and it wasn’t as bad with the tram situation.

Relativ new state of the art hotel. Very different from what one normally sees. I had a space room with a yellow toilet 😏 a view against the city. I was missing the equipment to make myself a coffee. There is a restaurant as well. They serve really nice food. One could see that there were great raw materials in the kitchen. The staff are super friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant. I felt a bit like “Grandpa” is is town as both staff and the other guest were very young 😌

As I wrote I missed my coffee. Now the hotel is placed in the city center with lots of things to see etc. and lots of people on the street. But the tramcar was just outside and it felt like an earthquake every time it passed. I suppose if one are used to the city Puls you would not notice but coming from a quiet country area I woke up every 20 min. Fortunately it don’t run from midnight to 06:00.

Beautiful, clean room. Welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location and lovely library to work in.

I really enjoyed my stay! It is useful to know, however, that while the room was generally quiet and peaceful, the vibrations from the tram regularly passing on the front street can be felt even on the top floor.

Modern and stylish hotel, in a quiet historical place, where everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A classy room, extremely friendly administration, room service, high-quality cosmetics in the room and very tasty cuisine in the restaurant attached to the hotel. When you forget where you are and lose time. I stayed for one day, and it felt like half a week passed. Additional thanks to Mariia, who helped to make my stay such comfortable and covered all my needs.

Nice modern hotel in the heart of Kyiv (Podyl). Great terrace but it is closed at this time of the year. Cool indoor cafe to eat & drink. Fancy bathroom in the yellow tones.

Empty minibar in the room. But you could find one near the reception (without bear or wine). No coffee machine/teapot in the room. So no chance to drink some until indoor cafe opens (08:00 AM). The library on the second floor. But just a minor collection of random books like travel guides. But they claim that it's a library.

Bursa hotel welcomes you with kind stuff, eye candy interior, and their unbelievable signature hotel fragrance. The layout, the design, and the vibe of the hotel give you safe and relaxing feel. Any and all of our requests were met with a smile and accommodated. The room was impeccably clean and had all the amenities I could expect and more from great quality toiletries to items like shoe spoon, iron, laundry service, safe etc. Needless to say the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water for my molten lava showering temp preference. The bed was the perfect softness to firmness ratio and we had our best sleep in Ukraine at Bursa hotel. There is a wonderful restaurant on premises where you can get amazing coffee and all types of breakfast. We didn’t have a chance to enjoy it during our stay, but there is also a library and a roof top bar on premises. The location couldn’t be any better if the goal of your trip is to go sightseeing as the hotel is 5-10 min walk from many historical sights or great restaurants. Lastly, for the air raid sirens and threats of drone or missile attacks from russia, there is a safe shelter in the basement of the hotel, we were lucky to note have a need to use it.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

I felt like at home, will definitely come back! And the neighbourhood is full of superb restaurants and café's with the hotel's own restaurant being amongst them.

Although I understand that the primary aim of the hotel's concept is more artisan, it would still be nice to have a gym. I use to travel a lot for work and I really like to do some workout on my trips.

Great boutique hotel with all the amenities including café and restaurant, rooftop bar open in warm weather with gorgeous view of Podil.

Too short a stay.

The staff are all lovely, extremely helpful and very importantly for us with good English. Restaurant very good value and open all day. Rooms spacious and very clean. We have visited before and may well be back in the future.

We would have liked coffee making facilities in the room but this is a tiny niggle on a really excellent place to stay.

Honestly I did not know what to expect when visiting a country at war but I have been blown away by the. Friendly and helpful people of Ukraine! It may be inconvenient to have to take a train from Poland to get to Kyiv but once you are here you can be assured that you are safe and welcome by the incredible Ukrainian people. Hotel? Awesome! Food? Awesome! Hospitality at hotel Bursa? Double Awesome!!
