I have been staying with Radisson Blu Kyiv at Yaroslaviv Val for many times and each time the hotel staff delivers exceptional experience. The room is always ready, it is clean and you feel welcomed there. Whenever there is a need for a help - they are ready and provide advice.

It would be better to somehow increase the size of the breakfast room, as currently the room sometimes gets too crowded and it is hard to find a spot to sit down. Maybe worth considering going back to the big ballroom that was used for breakfasts while the current one was under reconstruction?

This is a great hotel in a good location in Kyiv. I stay there a lot and the staff are always really friendly and because I've joined the Radisson rewards programme, I nearly always get a room upgrade and always get a nice welcome gift in whatever room I'm in. This time it was a superb homemade mango and passion fruit lemonade. The food is really tasty and whilst the menu is quite small at the moment, I've never had a bad meal.

The laundry service is quite expensive but that's true of all hotels.

I have been staying at Radisson for the last five times I have been visiting Kyiv. It is always the same pleasant and great experience - fast check-in, nice and clean room, decent breakfast. Also, worth noting a good shelter to stay during air raids. The staff is always nice and welcoming, helping with all the requests. Excellent experience - much appreciated!

Even the hotel's GM sent fruit and a letter with kind wishes as a complimentary gift to my room.  I really like breakfast. The food was fantastic. As a guest, I was very satisfied with the hotel staff's kind and positive attitude.

I have already answered your questions but I repeat my complaint: when I checked in, it seems that I checked in the wrong Radisson. It seems that I was booked at Radisson Plovid. I there fore requested they cancel the reservation made to Radisson Plovid . The reception assured me that they will do it . A week later I see on my credit card that Radisson Plovdiv has charged me for the reservation despite not staying there because I stayed at Radisson Kyiv’s city centre. I have there requested you do contact thém and explain them the situation and ensure that the money deducted from my credit card to be re credited. Please confirm asap.

This is not the first time, and during this conflict period, the hotel offers a safe spot in Kyiv. The bedroom is comfortable, spacious and with space for work. The breakfast is good with a variety of options. Location is central, lots of restaurants around and walking distance to several key points in the city.

Hotel preoaired the most generous takeaway breakfast for my very early check-out. I thlight hotel handled communication through e-mails and WhatsApp on the arrangement for a transfer (from the railway station ) excellently. Room ckeaning service was great.

I would have made visual signs for access to the bombshelter easier to follow ( for a sleepy and paniced mind) .

Great hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spacious and modern. Staff is extremly friendly and the bomb shelter is I guess one of the best and most comfortable you can find in the whole of Ukraine. Beds are really comfortable and the spa/ gym area is really nice!

Breakfast is quite expensive and staying there longer I have to say the offer - especially of warm breakfast items - does not change at all. For the price, I would expect to have a more variety during a longer stay. Some of the items were also not the best in quality/ taste. They have an a la carte menu though for some selected items for breakfast, so I can recommend to order some fresh items from the menu.

From my perspective location, rooms, breakfast and the possibility to use the shelter capabilities on minus 2 floor, are perfect

I would say, that the shelter capabilities may be extended by more beds to let more people to have safe sleep overnights. The second point is that the staying at the hotel is bit expensive
