The hotel has an excellent location, right on the Maidan, close to the subway. Besides, it has its own parking lot, so you can stay your car safely (otherwise, parking is always a hassle in downtown Kyiv). The hotel also has a well-equipped gym in the basement. Breakfast is delicious, despite the cost-saving measures that have been common in Kyiv hotel since the beginning of the full-scale war (i.e., you may choose from a menu, but there is no buffet-breakfast). The hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and also very friendly. We had a number of logistical issues during our stay, but they calmly did their best to help us solve the problems. Besides, it was during our stay that Russia launched a major air attack against Kyiv, so we had to spend most of the time in the basement. The hotel staff not only remained calm, but even brought blankets and pillows to make our stay in the air raid shelter more comfortable. All in all, we will definitely stay here also during our next trip to Kyiv.

Soundproofing is quite bad. We heard each “clap” of someone having a good time at night. But they’re refining the building so hopefully it will get better in time.

This hotel is very central in Kyiv so is very easy to get to. The room is a good size and has great adjustable lighting. The shower was very good, one of the largest shower rooms I have used outside of Japan. The security made sure to handle our luggage for us, even bringing it to our room when we checked in. And a big thank you to the staff for allowing us to store our luggage whilst we toured Kyiv awaiting our train. The hotel is undergoing construction on the exterior, so I expect this looks very nice once the scaffolding is removed.

N/A - Great hotel.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Kyiv. Very clean. A few metres from Maidan Nezalezhnosti. Though there were power cuts in the city, the hotel didn’t seem to be affected.

It was a shame that the facade was not yet completed when I arrived, however, I can understand that it must be difficult getting things completed under the current situation. Nevertheless, it did not affect my stay and I enjoyed it there very much.

1) The hotel announced emergency warning loudly inside the building again and again when Russian force's attacks were coming to Ukraine even in the midnight. 2) A female elderly staff at the fitness gym brought a chair to me though I didn't ask her when I evacuated to the basement floor from Russian force's attacks and stayed there for a few hours on 29 Dec. 2023. 3) Male staffs at the reception were kind and gentle. One staff accepted my request and willingly changed my room to the room without stairs. And other staff carried my suitcase outside after my checkout though I didn't ask him. 4)My room was wide and clean, and it was comfortable to spend time.

The TV set didn't work at all. It was better for me to watch TV when Russian force's attacks were coming to Ukraine.

The hotel is great: very comfortably located in the heart of Kyiv with very friendly and helpful staff. Even the most basic room was very spacious and had all I needed. They have their own generator which ensured airco and hot water even during the power cut. They also have a bomb shelter however I was lucky not to have to use it as the night was quiet. I am definitely coming back to this hotel next time Im in Kyiv.

It's one of those rare cases when there is absolutely nothing to not to like, everything was simply great!

Convenient location, very close to subway station, clean room.

My room was on the first floor and it was too loud because of the noise from the outside. Plus I could literally feel every subway train going underground. I stayed in the same hotel on the upper floors and I didn’t have this problem at all. So ask for the room on the second floor and up

At first I have bought the cheapest room, but unfortunately the standard room didn't met my expectations. It looked dirty and had a very specific smell. So I wanted to change the room. The personal was very nice and have changed the number to the business type for a very minor co-payment. The new room was excellent - I was very tired, but the bed was extremely comfortable, so i could rest and have energy for the next day working visits. So if you will decide to stay at this hotel, look toward at least business type of the room. Then you will be really satisfied and happy with your choice.

The hotel is very good value for the money. The front desk staff are nice and helpful. The gym is good with adequate equipment and free weights to 25kg dumbbells. Breakfast is a la carte with juices and fruit and coffee to supplement. The choices are simple but nice and well prepared. There are lots of decent places to eat nearby.

Everything , it was lovely and clean and the staff were helpful it was perfect .

It is not the hotels fault but as soon as you exit the hotel you are accosted by people trying to sell you ribbons as soon as you leave the property ,and every few minutes while you are out CONSTANTLY . It got so bad I just stayed in my room . hotel was great , beggars not so much
