This wasn’t my first stay here — actually, just my second, but it already felt familiar. I knew exactly what to expect. What I really like about this hotel is the comfortable beds and the minimalist style — it creates a calm atmosphere, where you feel safe and relaxed. A nice touch: when it was raining, they gave me an umbrella at the reception — a small thing, but very thoughtful. Breakfasts were tasty and satisfying. Overall, everything was consistent and pleasant — that’s why I chose to come back.

One downside was that I noticed some mold in the bathroom — there were dark spots, especially in the shower. The rubber seal on the shower door was either loose or worn out and probably needs to be replaced. After every shower, there was a puddle of water on the floor under the bathtub, which wasn’t great. I had to wipe it up with the bath mat, but still — not ideal. On the bright side, housekeeping came in every day, which helped a bit, but the water issue definitely took away from the overall comfort.

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean, well furnished, and appliances were well functioning. Beds were very comfortable, I had a really good night sleep notwithstanding the air raid alarms. The bathroom was spacious, well organised, and clean. There is a little fridge that one can use to store beverages or food and an empty glass bottle to use to refill with the water from the hot/cold water dispenser in the corridor. Staff is very nice and offers information to make your stay very pleasant The location is about 1.3 km from the main railway station, in the city centre. There is a restaurant and a underground shelter to go to during air raids. A water boiler to make some tea or coffee in the room could add to the comfort. Other than that, It was just perfect.

I am an avid world traveler,and when I am in Europe, I almost always stay at Ibis Hotels. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay this time. The location was perfect! The room was very spacious. It was very, very clean. The restaurant staff was very friendly, polite, and extremely professional. The breakfast was okay. Julia at the reception was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I really didn't like the fact that I had to go to a different floor with my clothes in my hands just to use an iron and ironing board. That needs to change. Guests should be provided with an iron in their room when they request one.

Good service and a great location, near the city center and the botanical garden. Suitable for visiting the city for both leisure and business. The hotel has all the necessary amenities.

The room lacks: 1. Active extractor fan in the bathroom 2. Steamer/iron (there is a shared one on another floor) 3. Safe for documents and valuables 4. Personal hygiene kit (there are large containers with shampoo, gel, and liquid soap)

Exceptional location and great service. One of the key reasons we chose this hotel was the presence of a fully equipped, 24/7 accessible shelter — a crucial feature in today’s reality. The hotel’s location is excellent, and we also appreciated the option of early check-in for an additional fee. Overall, we felt safe, welcomed, and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

It was not my first stay there so I didn't have more expectations than usual but I went to have lunch at the restaurant and loved the waiter a lot. He was great at recommending the meal, he was very welcoming and friendly. It made my day. Overall, the hotel is a nice choice for short-term stays in Kyiv as it has a very convenient location especially now when we need to travel by either car or train. It is very close to the railway station and the city center.

Extremely comfortable, calm, spacious, centrally located. It has a bomb shelter. The staff is very friendly and professional, even when they show up after a sleepless night due to Russian attacks. The breakfast is excellent, as is the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Hotel is conveniently located in the center of Kyiv, steps from public transport, lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Staff is friendly and efficient, rooms are small but well appointed. WIFI signal is very good. There is a cooler with cold and hot water on the floor. Considering the current situation in Ukraine, shelter and generator on the premises comes as a necessary addition... Excellent place to stay in Kyiv.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Kyiv. It is close to the railway station and within walking distance to the city central. There is an excellent restaurant in the hotel and we had a very pleasant stay without being affected by the power outage.

Because of water leaking from the shower booth, the floor would get wet every time when I take a shower.

Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great. We had a very important appointment the next morning and the hotel was only a 10 minute drive by car.

Only take away is off street parking. They have just a few spots behind the hotel so if you come in late you will have to park elsewhere.
