Everything was great. The building and furniture were beautiful as well as very comfortable. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Kyiv.

Nice hotel in a pretty close proximity to the Kontraktova Square. The breakfast was nice, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfortable. What else a traveller can wish for?

The TV didn't have a wide selection of channels to choose from and didnt appear to have the possibility to stream your content from your device using something like Chromecast. WiFi and electricity was unstable and the elevator didn't work all the time, though I don't think the hotel staff are at fault here with war going on at the moment in the country and the electricity shutdowns being in place.

A beautiful, luxurious hotel at a value price.. Beautiful Art Nouveau architecture in even the finest details and all new furnishings. Large, high-ceilinged rooms, and a large bathroom finished in ceramics and marble. Excellent, friendly staff from reception to dining to security, and immaculately cleam. Good breakfast. Good location in the historic district of Podol. See it before corruption ruins the district with relaxed construction codes.

The hotel itself is superb. The immediate neighboring area surrounding the hotel is a bit drab and run down, but not terrible. The district itself has vehicular traffic problems that are among the worst in the city (of Kiev). Some regular, periodic vibration in the structure probably originating from the underground metro because it seems consistent with its operating hours.

It is really a charming place, and really very clean, the staff is very nice and the breakfast is nice, the hotel is well located in a quiet street Next to the historic center of Kyiv, exceptional value for money. spacious and clean room, with good bedding, which is important. I recommend

The water is hot enough to take a shower, but not for complete body relaxation, but it is still very good.

Breakfast was good but dependent on the time, as early morning the choices were more abundant.

we first booked a higher end room, but that was actually not better as there was wasted space and just separate sleeping quarters. In the room we ended up staying, a small couch could have been nice

Stuff was amazing. Super friendly and room service was done every day and was done very good. Really liked breakfast - very tasty own bakery and always fresh salads. Location is perfect. Design of the rooms are not my favourite, but even that was good - as good old vintage hotel.

Very nice concierge and breakfast. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Had nice high ceilings and decent appointment. A/C worked well.

The balcony didn't really add much to the room. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were showing their age.
