The location is excellent! I booked my trip for business, but this hotel is just off I-35 to the east, and to the west are shops & grocery stores, so everything I needed was super close easy to get to. The room was clean, nice & quiet at night, staff were very friendly and the parking lot is very well lit (I was leaving & returning in very low light.

The only comment is that the fridge could be a little bigger, but it is definitely not a deal breaker.

it’s closeness to many restaurants and shops. the place is well maintained and they had a variety of breakfast options to choose from.

I didn’t like that we found a bug in the bathroom. I didn’t like that despite the fact that we checked in early, we weren’t given our original room that we booked which was a suite. Mind you that we had been on a trip for two days and we had been in Norman Oklahoma for a graduation. instead we were told that the only room available was a regular room with 2 queen beds for the same price. the guy at the reception wasn’t very friendly about handling the situation.

I love the breakfast, I been to hotels that the breakfast was trash but this is the first I like in a long time. They had bacon! The room was so spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and not rude! I love the floor I was on and everything I need was there .

I don’t have any complaints and would not change anything about this hotel 10/10

Coffee maker wasn't plugged in and the outlet was stuck behind a big piece of furniture. Also the door lock didn't work intermittently.

Food was great! Lots of choices - coffee :) Pool was a little small - but perfect for a couple of little girls looking to burn energy.

The facility was lovely. Everything looked nice. It was clean. The people were nice, the rooms were nice.

Room are was stale upon entering but outside temperature was high and after running air system room smelled better.

Staff wasn’t as friendly as could have been and pillows were not firm enough.

Hot breakfast was served. Room was clean and the shower had lots of pressure.

Service could be better. Always waiting for someone to show up. Charges to room more than should be and very slow to put back on card
