Staff was very kind and attentive. The hotel is located in what used to be a ministry. Very beautiful. Located in the middle of a forest region. 10 minutes drive from the city, yet far enough to be a very quite and peaceful environment. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean.

Some amenities were missing (garbage can, shelf in the shower to hold your soap, another chair, etc ). The road to the hotel is 3 kilometers off road (due to hotel location in the middle of the preserve). The parking lot to the hotel entrance is covered with sand, leaving you with sand in your shoes when entering your room. Breakfast is with limited choice.

Ok this comes from a good place but the connection between the staff in the hotel and the restaurant left us baffled. They don't operate as a team. We really felt confused and not cared for especially around the pool. If the staff just walked around per hour to take drinks orders that would have turned my rating to superb.the basement insulation was bad as the vmc connected the rooms and we could here other rooms using the bathroom and arguing. The maid woke us at around 7am as her materials are on the basement floor as well. Reception staff could not be More helpful and breakfast and evening waitresses were sweet.

Super nice hotel, we came with my boyfriend for his birthday, while having diner the restaurant stuff even out a candle in our cake to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. The stuff of the hotel was super welcoming and kind, special thanks to Mr. Manolo who speaks perfect English and is a very kind and helpful person. The stuff of the hotel was outstanding. Hotel itself is located in a very peaceful area perfect to chill and relax. The breakfast which is included is amazing and very big, I was full for half of the day. In general amazing place would recommend to everyone.

The only thing I didn’t like is the waitress who when we with my daughter asked for 2 glasses of rose brought us 30 euro per glass rose and didn’t inform about the price. It works maybe in touristic French restaurants but this place was nice and didn’t have the atmosphere of the place where you will get scammed with this cheap trick. So be careful when the lady serves you :)

The location is incredible!

The property is over a 1000 years old and carriers so much history on a beautiful location - you can see the city and the sea on the distance. Restaurant is amazing, worth having dinner and breakfast. Room as big and comfortable.

It could be a bit more clean - the very dark wood floor makes it harder to see but there were many many other guests hairs on the floor. The rest was good!

Absolutely stunning property! The hospitality was great, we were greeted really warmly at the reception and our needs were promptly answered whenever required. It really is a very charming space that was quietly tucked away. The accompanying breakfast was a feast. We also had a delightful dinner one of the nights. The staff were all polite and friendly.

None! The curtains was fixed wrongly but were rectified once we requested. Some might find the drive on the dirt road up challenging.

Superb hidden away location, as a former monastery, it is a really peaceful and quiet place to spend yime, lovely pool and really comfortable bedroom. Tapas by pool was great, restaurant even better, great selection of wine, friendly staff, great idea to give mobile to communicate with hotel.

We brought the wrong car, the hotel is only accessable via 3.5km of bumpy unmade Road and we brought a very low sports car with us. We made it as track had been feeshly relaid and by going very slowly, but I'd recommend a normal car or preferably a 4x4.
