The design of the room is so convenient and comfortable. Top marks! Complimentary bottled water in the fridge and the generous availability of 2 pillows per person is appreciated. Especially liked the rain shower, the automatic toilet and the power saving features and the fact that the sink is the same place as the make up counter. Also the room lighting is very good and it is really soundproof despite being located just beside the train station. Truly had an amazing stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Well designed room with very comfortable bed. Everything is very clean. Public bath was nice. Hotel has parking lot behind with affordable complementary rate. Breakfast was good but staffs are short making things run out a lot on a busy morning. Every one was really nice. Location is convenient.

Very nice hotel, just outside inuyama station (around 20!30 min to reach nagoya main station by train). Good and clean camera. English talking staff. Huge parking for 600 yen for 24 hours.

The area have few restaurants open after 21... The hotel restaurant was nice but we have difficulty with the english language.

The location is perfect right next to the train station. It is a brand-new modern hotel. Nothing exciting or anything to write home about but a solid hotel to stay 1 or 2 nights in if you want to see Inuyama or use it as a "layover" hotel if you travel further.

The check-in process on the electronic terminals was very underwhelming. long loading/waiting times and slow-paced waiting lanes. a simple/normal check-in would improve the experience.

Accepting group tours which means you deal with loud ignorant travelers at times. Parking can be a little troublesome as you need to validate the parking ticket each time you exit

Great location, like it new and clean with plenty of parking lots next to it.

It's opposite the railway station and could hear trains passing by (thick windows helped but not completely sound proof).

The room is big with a nice sink area to wash the cup. The toilet is also really nice.

We couldn't stay longer and the walk to the castle seemed long in the hot summer days.

The room, although the usual Japanese size, was very well laid out and equipped. The public baths were excellent.

The breakfast, nothing wrong with it but I prefer a more traditional Japanese breakfast.

It was right at the train station and within walking distance from the castle. It was very comfortable. Nice onsen.

Could use a bit more noise insulation. Noise from the hallways could be heard quite easily.
