Location, support staff

Reminders for checkout is missing. we checked in into multiple rooms, 3 to be more precise. Next day informed reception that we are extending stay for only one room and checking out 2 rooms. We return 1 room key, missed to return another room key and went out on our tour. I was charged for two rooms for the second day. Staff at reception would have reminded to submit another room key.

Breakfast is normal though, it can be better, but the best part of my stay was hospitality. Simply the best i have received till date from staying around the world. Very courteous staff and special mention of the manager Mr. Raja, a very generous, honest and courteous person.

The hotel can look at keeping the rooms bit more cleaner though after pointing out, the excellent staff immediately cleaned the rooms.

The location is very good, main temples are nearby. The breakfast served was very good.

The staff was very good and polite but there was a late response from the reception when I asked for room cleaning, it's not a negative comment but would have done faster.

Location of the property is excellent. Staff are very coordial. Local market is walkable and many food options are available.

Reception good. Complementary breakfast is good. Boy service and response is good. Location is Krishna river view but at busy location. Hot water is availble every time. Room service is also well. On the whole good to stay

location, supportive staff, very cooperative front desk. Very next to Sri Kanaka Durga temple.

it is more of data related issue. the hotel has two types of suites Royal and Presidential. the bathtub and few other features are available only in presidential suite. Be very sure of the suite type you are booking. else there is no negative about the property

It's near the temple and all amenities. Accessible to public transport .

Hotel management should receive well during the check in . We have to remind multiple times to make the bed arrangements within room.
