Best accommodation during our holiday in Uzbekistan (incl. Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Shahrisabz). Very big, beautiful and cozy rooms including bathrobes, water, dry fruits. The pool is wonderful, such a one can only be rarely found in Uzbekistan (unfortunately there were many water-splashing teenagers in the pool). Breakfast and food are of good quality, we especially liked the garden and the attentive young waiter there. Unfortunately we haven't seen so much of Kokand as we enjoyed life in this hotel so much.

Such a good hotel has its price.

Elegant hotel. The reception and restaurant’s staff were great and welcoming! Just a few minutes walk to the magnificent Khudoyar Khan Palace. I had a beautiful double room with king size bed. I really liked the soft pillows. I think they were orthopedic pillows. They were very comfortable. Hot buffet breakfast was fantastic!

The hotel had digital keys but my room didn’t have it. It was hard to fit the key inside the lock. The bathroom’s sink and the floor wasn’t very clean. There was no shower gel in the dispenser. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low in the evenings.

The hotel room was very clean, spacious and comfortable and the WiFi worked properly. We were firstly assigned a room on the ground floor facing the parking lot, at our request, we were moved to the second floor. The breakfast was really delicious, with enough choices of food. The hotel was close to the Khan’s palace, due to short of time, we didn’t walk there as planned. Instead, we used Yandex, which worked perfectly in Kokand, for a short drive.

The shower water leaked to the bathroom floor, which seemed like a common problem.

Close to the Khan Palace, good breakfast, comfortable bed and good shower. They have us an upgrade for one of the 2 rooms.

Unfriendly and inefficient staff (gentleman) at the reception. Breakfast is from 7 am to 10 am… at 8am the buffet was half empty on both mornings

The hotel has a nice garden and swimming pool and the staff has been extremy nice in helping us with all our requests.

Basically nothing. The staff at the restaurant was not always clever but always very kind. The room was quite dark.

We liked this hotel and would have stayed longer if they had not been fully booked. Room was a decent size, but not huge. Facilities good. Breakfast was fine.

We didn't use the pool as not completely private. Staff a little off on the first day but reception manager was back on duty the next day and was very efficient and he got a grip of things.

Probably the best hotel in Fergana valley. Centrally located, 2km from train station Very helpful staff ( specially one guy whose name I don't remember unfortunately) Very clean and comfortable room with many amenities. Tasty breakfast. Big swimming pool open till midnight.

The swimming pool is open to the public, it would be probably crowded with locals.

The hotel has very good facilities, it's very comfortable and pleasant, the location is perfect but the staff stands out, everybody was friendly and the manager Ayubxon is very professional friendly and ready to help for any queries or issue. Breakfast is very good. I will definitely come back. I had a marvellous time there.

Nice hotel with a restaurant that is open late. Very helpful staff. Great location - on the edge of old town, but just a stone's throw away from the palace and glitzy high street.

Friendly staff, especially Zaynab was very helpful with her charming English accent. Breakfast was the best during our whole Uzbekistan travel. It is very close to Khudáyár Khans palace, the most attractive place in Kokand.
