The Staff were excellent - Murad and his colleague at the reception - the security guys at the entrance to the buggy drivers were very polite and I would say they are commercially astute and sound in every way - Radisson is lucky to have these people of that calibre.

The balcony had too much dust and was not bleached clean along with the balcon windows / Hand rails. Also the lights outside the property which keeps the place dim Is full of cob webs we’re the bulb is attached to the bulb frame units / will take 30 seconds per light bulbs. Other wise over the long term time the place will have full Of spiders and coacroaches stemming from unkind see

Everything was excellent! The place was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Everything met and even exceeded our expectations.

Everything was awesome, the staff were so friendly the parties are night were great the kids enjoyed their time the pool animation was great don’t get me started on the food, the buffet were so varied and would reserve even after lunch and dinner time the tennis court were big although they needed more tennis balls we had to wait for others to finish to play

restaurant was a disaster , during my stay it was crowded, staff was not enough to serve guests. there was complain about the quantity and quality but no reaction from the management. the reception is not answering the calls: before arrival, during the stay and even after we left. it s not professional to ignore the phone calls : i wish this will be avoided in the future.

Food was great and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was nice and helpful.

It took us 2h waiting in line for checkin and then we were given the wrong room (twice). We came last year and the animation and activities were much much better, this year there's almost nothing happening. Also, the night shows were the same every night.

Definitely worth staying if you want to have some all inclusive modern luxury to relax from sightseeing Marocco. We expanded from breakfast only to all inclusive for a good price. Food was great with a good of choice. You might have had a beer or wine added to your meals. Big plus was the bottled water for all the quests, unlimited. Great modern rooms, very clean and luxury with balcony and proper room service. We needed to use the laundry option, which was fine fast and in a good additional price. Our child was hosted on the sofa, great approach. We had one disaster during his “stomach sick night”, and the hotel behaved very well and supportive. Thank you. We have used also Spa with two massages, good price and well done service. Highly recommended for relax and luxury. Beach marvelous, swimming pool big and adjusted for adults and kids. Good to have walks on a coast with splendid views! And… the coffee’s in a beach bar! The best ever :)

The only minus was English, the staff was extremely helpful and on the top with all services, although we have had challenges when discussing some meal, room or spa options. Resolved sometimes by google translator. I would say at this level of branch hotel it may be a little developed to provide some language add ins for the great staff and service. Unless you speak French :)

I liked the location of the hotel and the architecture that made it look like a small town rather than just one building. Also, The staff was very nice and welcoming during the stay. Not to mention the quality of food was just exceptional.

I mean what's not like? Everything was great. I'd like just to suggest rather than "I don't like" to include a transportation service since the hotel is located outside of El Hoceïma or any transportation point. Yest they offer to call a taxi for 150 Mad but I've seen other hotels include their own transportation service and it's so much better and comfortable.

But i was mad because i came 1 hour before time to reached my room so i said to the reception to gave me the bracelet for drinking something and i have 2 kids they want water … but she said no u can t eat or drink nothing that s not good at all and another thing that frustrated me i went to swimming pool when i back to my room i found it dirty they didn’t clean it and i have baby so i need it clean that s bad for me
