This property had good potential. The balcony is wonderful, location and rooms are can be wonderful.

Cleanliness. There was a smell in our room that we could not get rid of. The balcony was very dirty. The elevator was even more dirty. I watched them clean the public spaces one morning and they don’t use any soap and honestly don’t know how to clean. Give me a bucket and some bleach and I could make this place shine. Things like cabinet doors and tables in our room were dirty. I used Lysol wipes to clean before we put our stuff on anything.

Wonderful location in nice large apartments that have all necessary equipment. Large terrace with view. Swimming pool nice and close by yet the sea is just wonderful close by. All in all very satisfied.

The apartment was not very clean. Really a bummer. Stains on the walls. The bathroom has no window so gets humid quickly and no shower curtain so the floor becomes a swimming pool without possibilities to dry easily. No towels in kitchen. No cleaning in between days so as you can imagine, a beach apartment gets sandy and dirty quickly. Specially as the bathroom does not come with a small shower mat. Reception was closed so for every question or need we had to drive up to the hotel.

Apartment wasn't clean during check-in, in each of the 3 days I stayed, I asked in the reception to various receptionist several times to get it clean, each time I heard it will be cleaned right now, except never to get it cleaned during my stay. I asked the house keeper directly to clean the flat, they will say I should inform the receptionist first and the cycle continued. Very poor customer service.

Great location. & close to beach. The apartment was spotless & was well equipped. We had a slight issue with WiFi but was dealt with & fixed in minutes. The pool was clean & well maintained.

We got a upgrade because the 1-room appartement wasnt available for the same price. Vert spacious and comfortable, extreme good service, and friendly staff.

The pool is small

The location is great. Even though no restauration is available the residences are near cafes and restaurants.in sfiha Beach. The staff is just wonderful and helpful. The beds are comfy the design is thoughtful and the amenties are very clean. Definitely coming back.

Lack of restauration and groceries store within the compound and private access to the beach.

I really liked the atmosphere of my stay, everyone else was there having a good time. The room was clean, the facilities were nice, and the staff helped us a lot. The best staff member was Fatima Ezzahrae, she was extremely nice, caring and helped us a lot during our stay. I can't wait to come again.

Nothing to complain, but it will be good if they add a class partition for the bathtub, and some towel hooks.
