The pools were amazing. I also loved that you could pay with your hotel key card around the resort so you could leave all valuables in your room for the day. The breakfast had a lot of variety completed with local delicacies. Gluten-free bread available but had to request this from the staff.

We did not get to enjoy the renovated facilities yet, so the rooms felt a bit outdated. Very clean tho and very suitable for our needs. Bed was a standard twin bed which felt a little bit small for two people and the other side of the bed lacked a power outlet, which was inconvenient but not critical.

Kind and helpful staff members. The room was pleasant and clean. Wide offer of tasty food for breakfast and dinner. Suggestion: include drinks in the price of dinner instead of charging for every glass of tap water.

Pools are overcrowded and management have to limit the entrance of daily guests. There were 40 people in line for drinks, and the wait was over 20 minutes. The 2 new slides that are advertised were closed. The old part of the slides needs reconstruction with a wider staircase, which would significantly increase throughput, instead of the current 50-minute wait for one slide.

The Hotel Ajda is part of a larger complex. However, during our stay, it was not overcrowded. The staff is everywhere extremely friendly and helpful - from receptionists and staff in the restaurants up to the cleaning personnel. Due to the extension of our stay, we need to change the room. We forgot the massage device in the first room, and Mrs. Edita at reception helped us to find it again. Thanks! The rooms are large and nicely equipped. Currently, they have reconstruction works that do not affect the guests' stay. The room price also includes the use hotel's fitness, as well as the use of the swimming pools of Hotel Ajda (8-20h), Hotel Termal (6-20h) and the entire complex of Terme 3000 (9-21h). The breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the food choices are diverse.

We parked our car in the hotel's garage (and this is the garage of neighbour 5* hotel!) and could not find the entrance to the garage the next day. They is no sign of a garage at the door at all - just a white steel door on the corridor! The objects are lovely until the heavy rain takes place. However, after the thunderstorm, there are at once various buckets and blankets in several places in Hotel Ajda and 5* hotel Livada - really not a sign of good maintenance. I can only hope for the personnel in Hotel Ajda that during the current reconstruction works, the owners will also consider these problems.

The robot kitten :) the water quality and temperature is ideal , the rooms perfectly clean , the many pools are on weekdays almost empty. the breakfast rich.

It is a bit complicated to get to the bathing area, would be useful to put on more signs, infos. in the evening was one gate closed, we had to go around and - as first-time visitors - we really didn't know , where we are :)

The hotel was great. My single room had everything necessary in it with big terrace. The bed was comfortable. There was a huge amount of choices of meals for brekfast, lunch and dinner and they were delicious.

Renovation of the hotel in process, but as we spent the daytime outdoors it did not disturb us Key cards to the room and terme are not practical as kids may loose them. Better use armbands with chip.

I can rate the stay as very good. A big advantage is the large number of available pools with thermal water. Food was OK, accommodation equivalent to 4*. Staff (from receptionists to waiters) very helpful. The possibility of storing bicycles, a golf course under the windows as a bonus. It is definitely value for money.

Hotel pools are great, our renovated room was comfortable and clean. Easy to reach Terme3000. Nice staff, avegare food.

Some common areas are still old-fashioned

The house spa was great and convenient to reach, we got a large dinner and breakfast table for the whole familiy, breakfast buffet was great. Rooms have all facilities and balcony we needed
