Perfect location, just 2 minutes walk from the center of things and from the market. Only 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. Great value. The rooms have nice view over the cathedral. The room is clean and the staff is very welcoming. Will be happy to stay in the hotel again.

The rooms are pretty basic in terms of furniture and design. The dining area was too crowded and not according to COVID regulations.

The staff was friendly but not really answered even very simple questions and did not have recommendations. Fire alarm went on in the middle of the night, but now one explained what's going on after we all evacuated to the street

The staff was exceptional friendly and helped wherever they could. The location was wonderful direct for a stroll through the old city.

The facilities were dated and not working well as you would expect it.

The location was nice, the room was clean and quiet and there were basically no people except for us.

The WIFI password didn't work, we had to reconfigure the room keys twice until they eventually worked. Our room didn't exactly look like in the pictures.

What happened that night that we wake up for a bad news with a fire in the hotel is the one that i didnt expect

Noisy very early as hotel was full of construction workers having a very early breakfast
