An amazing hotel. Great location to be right in the lights and sounds of Times Square. Really nice facilities. Very clean. Helpful polite front of house.

Lots of hidden costs for 6 different taxes per night, that were not pointed out until checking out.

We stayed for 8 days for touristic purposes. Everything was perfect, including its central location, staff, restaurant and bar. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, everywhere was spotlessly clean, they leave small water bottles in your room every evening. Elevators are generally complained about in New York, but I can say that we never had to wait, they have enough and fast elevators.

The rooms are small but very functional and not disturbing at all, but the wardrobe is limited and can be a bit challenging for long stays and winter items. It was also very strange that there was only one place to hang a towel.

The location is great

The deposit is way to much— $200 per night.

The staff at this hotel make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. EVERY single staff member I interacted with was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. The hotel was incredibly clean and STUNNING. The low light and dark interior set a very sexy, quiet vibe that takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city outside. A true oasis that I will return to any time I am in NY.

We had a great time in NYC and the hotel was the perfect place to stay. The location is perfect to explore the city, the rooms are nice, the stuff is very friendly. And if you don’t get enough you can use the fitness room ;-)

What we don’t like ist the “bonus” system of 35$ a day and never had before. You can spend it or loose it. The stuff don’t pay attention to the system which cause a lot of discussions. Another bad experience was the ride to the airport what we organized with the hotel. They assured a price of 150$. Surprise at the airport. With tax and fees we had to pay 175$…..

It's a beautiful hotel with a lovely restaurant and bar and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The added bonus of tickets to MoMA was useful and a nice touch.

Unfortunately, the walls need better soundproofing. The guests in the room next door played music on the in room speakers late at night and it woke me up. It was mainly the bass but could also hear the music clearly. The staff sorted it out when I called to mention it but it did mean my sleep was quite disrupted.

We hast a great time in NYC and the Times Square EDITION is a perfect location to explore the sights, Manhattan and Brooklyn. Nice & clean rooms, friendly stuff.

Great location with access to subway and many attractions and places in walking distance. Also our room had amazing panoramic view to Times Square with floor to ceiling windows.

Bit noisy but this is expected when you are in the heart of Times Square. Problem solved with a pair of good silicone earplugs. Room was on the smaller side but the stuff was great.

For a NY, Times Square hotel room, it was reasonably spacious for 2 people, and very well designed. We could see a bit of Times Square, but it wasn't too noisy, despite being on a lower floor (17).

I hate the stupid resort fees. It's just an extra $35 charge, which we never get back -- we're not big drinkers, and the restaurant prices are exorbitant, you end up spending more than the $35 for two people. So we just think of it as extra cost.

I recently stayed at Edition time square , and overall, my experience was fantastic. The hotel is in an ideal location, close to time square, markets, or landmarks. It was easy to get there, which made it very convenient. The area around the hotel was safe, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. Cleanliness was one of the standout features of the hotel. The room was very tidy and in excellent condition. It was cleaned thoroughly every day with great attention to detail, and everything was always in place. The bathroom was also spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always friendly, smiling, and ready to assist with any needs. They also gave great recommendations on places to visit in the area, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
