The breakfast was very good if a little expensive.

Some expected facilities not available in the room. For example, a hotel safe, refrigerator 9hich appeared to have been previously present in one of the pieces of furniture and no toiletries in the bathroom except a hand wash in the bathroom and shower.. Just two sachets of coffee and tea provided per day except that on two days we had to request them at reception.

+ The staff is very friendly and cares about the customers. We arrived after the official check-in hours, but a staffmember was waiting for us. This was a big, pleasant surprise. During the check-out the staff was friendly as well! + The facilities in the room are a plus. Everything you need for a stay was included. The bathtub was a pleasant surprise as well! (Suite Kingsize Bed room) + A short walk from the city centre. The city, compared to other Polish cities, is quite neat and well-kept.

- Hairs on the bedsheets. We found them on the bed and on the sofa. We only stayed for one night, so this might be the reason. I suspect the rooms to be totally clean if your stay will be longer. Still, there should be no hairs on the bedsheets, even for one night. Although for some it might not be a problem, but for others it will be a dealbreaker. The bathroom and other spaces were clean though.

The hotel has lived up to my expectations. My stay was pleasant and I felt very well there. The beds are wide, with comfortable mattresses. Bathroom is with a large shower. It is very clean in the room and you can make yourself a coffee or tea. There is a nice furniture at the hotel. I also recommend various good dishes in the restaurant, especially with duck. The great breakfast was very varied and I would like to praise a friendly staff. The restaurant is very nicely designed and has a beautiful veranda.

The only thing that was less convenient was the entrance to the garage courtyard behind the hotel, a very narrow entrance between the buildings and there was not enough space to park. I found a space, but I took a taxi to the concert because I wasn't sure if there would still be a płace for my car in the car park. I wanted it to be safe at night.

The Restaurant inside the hotel closes at 9 pm which is fine, except they turn off the light and leave guests without shared space for conversation

Room carpet and furniture were worn out. Towels were old and should not be used any longer.

Nice, spacious and very clean. The location is great, close to the University of Opole and Town square. I stayed for a week and every day the room was cleaned, staff is friendly!

Sometimes people confuse the room numbers and try to get in the wrong room, although it happened once at night during my stay, but just worth noting - such mistakes tend to happen. :)

internet was so bad I was struggling all the time and I was on the first floor. this should be definitely addressed it is unheard of not to have wifi…

Hotel is close to centre, free public parking in front of the hotel (until 8 a.m.), there was also private paid parking available. Room was very clean with possibility to prepare a tea or coffee, comfortable bed, clean and shiny bathroom. Tasty breakfast.

Wifi did not work in the room, signal was strong only in the corridors.
