We had one of the better rooms (knowing, from our previous visits, that the standard double rooms are rather small) and it was very nice, well appointed and spacious. Big bathroom with a large shower. Really glad we went for this one. Lovely and helpful staff. Also, we truly enjoyed our breakfast, including made to order scrambled eggs.

When sat on one of the beds, your head would inadvertently operate the light switch, but that wasn't really an issue. The only downside was the lack of kettle in the room. It would make a massive difference. We stayed there on Saturday, which meant the loud disco music was clearly audible in the room until after midnight.

When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice lady, who explained use everything we needed to know. (About our room, breakfast,…). The room was good and clean. We had a nice view on the river behind the hotel. The airco was very welcome! Next morning we went for breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel, it has an amazing atmosphere. Again here we were welcomed by a very friendly lady! The breakfast was very well organized and had everything you need. So much choice. And it is available from 7u-11u. Big plus. Then it was time for checking out, again another very friendly lady greeted us and asked if we needed something more. Overall the hotel was clean and hygienic. The room was good and the lady’s who work there are very friendly. We will definitely keep this place in mind if we need a place to stay for our next trip!

The lady working there was very good. The breakfast buffet was high quality and included in the price so I was very happy.

Well, obviously it would have been better not to have a power cut, but these things happen. My wife and I also have our own little hotel and one time we had one and we got it fixed in an hour (this was fixed in a half hour) and my guests from Ukraine at that time thought fit to give me a very low rating for what was effectively outside my control, so there's no way I am going to reduce the points for that as everything else was really great and I hope that my business travels take me here again some times in the future.

Location was very good for us on our route on the way from Zakopane to Krakow to visit Moshnenski Palace Spacious and furnished rooms, a large bathroom, comfortable beds, free parking

It was a bit stuffy in the rooms and there was an unpleasant smell, probably from cleaning agents. After we opened the windows the situation improved but not completely.

Easy to find hotel. Free parking available in front of hotel. Beautiful country-style building. Friendly staff. Comfortably sized room with wardrobe. Very clean room & bathroom. Comfortable beds. Warm room in November. Hot water shower. Good lighting in bathroom. Great restaurant with variety of local liqueurs to purchase as souvenirs. The Goulash with potato cakes/ hash browns was very delicious. Very good breakfast.

Excellent room space (3-bed-room), large bathroom, very modern, very pleasant! The desk lamp could spend more light (e.g for reading at the desk, was very poor light from it)

in front of room 31 must run some ventilation, however, in the end it didn't disturb to fall asleep with open window

Hotel is located in historical building. Room was big, well equipped, clean. Breafast was perfect: fresh, with great choice of dishes and drinks. In the same building is great restaurant with supertasty food. Good value for money. Free parking for hotel guests.

Lovely place to stay with easy parking for large vehicles, space to walk the dog and easy check in. Food was fabulous!

The only comment on what we didn't like is the restaurant area is too bright. Like a school canteen. The quality of service and food deserves a better ambience, lower lighting, piano music, but otherwise it was superb! It's just not a relaxing dining room.

Wonderful venue, amazing food , friendly staff especially Masza who had to deal with a bunch of drunken men and she was so kind and pleasant, patient and also remaining so kind to all other guests despite being under pressure
