This is a hotel in a tenement house between the castle and the university and opposite a shopping centre. It is about 8 minutes walk from the town square and a few steps to the Artist Square (the actual figures are in the grounds between the church and the university not in the actual square). The room was very big, had a table and an armchair in addition to the bed. Two large windows looked onto the castle and the church.The bathroom was huge. The breakfast was large and very tasty. There is a little bar at the reception desk.

I had a business meeting and the wifi was so bad we had to abandon it. It's the only negative. A small hospitality tray with a kettle, cup, spoon and some tea / coffee would be worth adding to the rooms to really bump them up in comfort.

Breakfast was excellent! Nice selection of breads, meats, salads, cheese, etc. Location was excellent, next to Solaris center. My room was very spacious abd comfortable.

The bed was too soft for my taste.. There was no kettle in the room, but even though tea making facility was available at the reception, it required making a special trip. There was no safe in the room.

Excellent location, the room was spacious and spotless. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The room & hotel was quiet. Glad that there were real plants on the staircase and they were well looked after.

Pretty soft and narrow beds for my liking, but comfortable enough to sleep. Locking the room door was a bit tricky business and that made most of the sounds in otherwise very quiet environment.

We had 3 rooms booked for 7 people and wanted for the rooms to be located next to each other or at least on the same floor - staff kindly accomodated our request which made our stay there even better. The location is perfect - close to nice restaurants and city centre. It is quiet at the hotel and rooms are of decent size.

The environment was specifically okay. close to everything we want.

I cant really thing of anything right now. Maybe beacuse I was not in need of the thing i could have wanted.

Friendly and helpful staff capable of also speaking english for those travelling, good breakfast and clean rooms.
