The thoughtful design of the separate toilet and shower area was a notable highlight, adding a touch of luxury to the overall experience. A significant advantage of this hotel is its 24-hour coffeeshop, where I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional hospitality courtesy of Mr. Sonam. His warm and welcoming demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-appointed, and value-for-money stay. I was very pleased at my stay in Ewaa Express hotel Al Jouf. The staff were wonderful, the services and facilities are honestly one of the best I've seen in probably all the hotels I've been in as a whole. I'm very thankful that they have a microwave in the room. The room layout is very well done. and it was decently clean. I'd give the cleanliness 8.5/10, facilities 10/10, staff 10/10, value 8.5/10. Breakfast 8/10. Keep in mind they do not have a laundry where they'll take your clothes and do everything for you; however, you do have 2 options: 1- Ask the reception to send the bell boy, who will take your clothes and give it to the laundromat close to them. 2- There are washing machines near the lobby area for self service.

I'm not a fan of having the shower and toilet separated, but I guess for couples it would make sense if one needs to just shower etc... They are missing towel holders in the toilet area, so all the towels are located in the shower area, meaning you wash your hands, then take 4-5 steps to the shower area opposite of the toilet area (crossing the main room), then you can dry your hands. Alternatively take a hand towel from the shower area to the toilet area with you, but then you have no where to hang it. In my room, the Wi-Fi signal was weak.

The breakfast was not good, the lobby services were very poor, and the coffee shop in the lobby was primitive and lacked many services. Room services and room housekeeping were very poor. I have to ask for water bottles every day.

I'm impressed that this is one of the modern hotels located in one of the most remote cities in the northern region, offering a cozy design at a reasonable price. However, I wasn't pleased with the water in the bathroom spilling due to high pressure, and some of the drains were clogged. Although someone came to help me, I had to switch rooms because the drainage was overflowing.

This was a great new hotel in Skaka. It was in a good location to visit Skaka and Al Jouf. Al Jouf is a nicer town but we could not find any hotels in Al Jouf. We needed to drive to restaurants but these were only 10 minutes away. Breakfast was good. Plenty of of street parking. They even had amazing new bikes to borrow but we had a small child with us so didn’t try them.

1. Wardrobes….! Ultra small and compacted with Ironboard, steam-Iron and Safety Box……! No space for hanging clothes. 2. Little step at Bathroom entrance is dangerous. Must be careful or might hurt little toes.🛑 3. Breakfast and Restaurant.☹️ Breakfast was very ordinary and doesn’t go with the reputation of the property. Minimal Vegetarian options….!!!😐😐
