This size of the room, the wi-fi, the TV size, the air conditions, the breakfast, the sofa in the tv area, the facilities of the bathroom (shampoo, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste, the availability of the elevator anytime, the view of the town from the restaurant at the ninth floor, and the quick response for solving the problems, The people in the reception were very friendly and helpful.

The lack in the kitchen facilities, the price list on the fridge for the paid snakes, Pepsi and water (either remove them from the fridge or add the prices to the booking fees (like the breakfast), moving to another room after sorting up our cloths and other things. First, we had the room 503 and sorted our luggage then we discovered that the kittle was not clean and it me much effort to clean it, the Wi-Fi, the TV, the kitchen suction were not working. The technicians tried to fix but it did not work. So, we move to the room 803. Every thing was excellent there but it took us another time and effort to re-sort our luggage.

For the price, this was a great place to stay. You can't miss the building, it is the highest one in the area. The staff were great and were able to help us out with various requests. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied, more than what we were expecting. The rooms were large and comfortable. There is a gated parking area that had sufficient parking spots. There are a few basic dining options within walking distance and a coffee shack just next to the hotel on the street. At any rate the hotel has food available with room service. If we ever get back to this peaceful corner of KSA I will definitely book here again.

The location is bit away from airport but is located on a developing area and surrounding area are very neat and clean...we can have an evening walk to neighbour hood...

The room cost was cheap and it was reallly a nice stay for me. I like the size of the room,it wasn just same as the size I wanted. And believe me,when you go to their breakfast lobby at the top floor you will be amazed about the overlooking that awaits at the window pane. You will get to see the beauty of the whole town. It was a very nice stay for me and I will choose this hotel once again on my next journey there.

Tall builing easy to locate. Very friendly staff and room rate even include a Breakfast Buffet in the 9.floor with great views to mindat al jandal- a very relaxing and nice little town with a great Castle. Perfect stay

Very very weak and unstable Wifi

Bedroom & bathroom were clean and with the latest amenities. They do provide necessary toiletries as well as snacks and drinks are available in the fridge. Free breakfast is available in the restaurant which makes it really comfortable

The hotel's restaurant should have more items in the menu, so it will be easier for lunch and dinner too, since breakfast is already included 👌 As for lunch, going out of the hotel is not advisable due to the hot weather, especially with kid, so we will have to order from nearby restaurants

Nice, clean and decent and specially the romm is spacious.

They need to add more options in the breakfast menu.
