very bad odor in the bathroom we can’t tolerate it

It was my first time to stay in Sakaka and the experience exceeded my expectations. the hotel is close to 2 restaurants and 2 cafés and near to restaurants chains if you prefer to. the rceptionists were exceptional in their warmness and professionalism. Thank you Anwar and Hanadi for your excellent care.

excellent environment and excellent reception staff specially miss ayesha she is polite and respectfull.

The elevator is not working properly and too much customers need to use it due to which i had to wait long time for my turn

Since I arrived before the time of registration my room was occupied, but the guys helped meet me and offered more expensive room at the same price of a standard room!

Be room with a huge panoramic windows

Best in town, excellent location, professional and polite staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Definitely will stay here again.

Hotel Location, room space, bathroom setup

Parking is too tight, water pressure needs to be increased, room 904 bedroom aircon was noisy after hours of use, breakfast food is the same for 2nd consecutive day (my 2nd day)

I love the hospitality I loved the view of my suite I love the interior designing of the rooms The food was delicious, I did not expect the food to be really tasty with reasonable price

Maybe the cleaned towels could have better smell next times 👌🏻
