I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel—everything was up to standard and truly worth the money spent. All my requests were handled with care and efficiency, often exceeding expectations. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional staff, especially the receptionist Wafaa Alenize. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made me feel genuinely welcomed, and I can see a bright future ahead of her in hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and I immediately felt at home. I also requested a late checkout, which was granted with flexibility and confirmed the next day—another example of their commitment to guest satisfaction. The only minor issue I encountered was a slight squeaking sound coming from the AC. I reported it to the receptionist, Wafaa, and within just 3 minutes, someone arrived at my room and resolved it promptly. The quick response and professionalism truly impressed me.

Polite and very helpful staff, specially Mr Meshal who help me out of the way. Very neat and clean hotel, rooms and everything. Lounge space, outside garden, parking space. Spacious room, modern touch, with every facility. Enjoyed my stay, recommend it, will definitely come again.
