The hotel exceeded all my expectations! Everything was exceptional, from the impeccable service to the beautifully maintained rooms. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. Particularly, I want to recognize Petek and her supervisor, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. After checking in, we noticed a minor defect in our room, so Petek consulted her supervisor, who upgraded and gave us a better room. The facilities were top-notch, and the ambiance was both elegant and relaxing. I truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an outstanding experience.

i really like the Suite we got, the cleanliess was very good, the reception team was very helpful, the swiming pool was perfect not heated but very good, Mr. Orcun "Manager" was very kind and professional ! and the girl at the check out Today was very Nice and professional thank to her as she speak Frensh

the only Negative point is the team at the restaurant Breakfast in the morning they are not so hospital at all !! i feel not welcome and the Omelette takes time to come, i feel that they are not active they make too much time to clean the Table as my wife comes later around 9:40 the table are not clean and they take time to clean it.

We had an 8 night stay at this hotel and it was perfect. The staff were attentive. The room was spacious and perfect. Immaculately cleaned each day. The rooms have wonderful sound proofing and we did not hear any other guests. We ate at the restaurant only one night. There was a great choice including vegan and gluten free which was great for me. The location is quiet. We caught taxis some days. And even got to grips with buses into town. All in all a great stay

The staff at the hotel, particularly Yasin and the lady supervisor, were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always available to assist us with calling taxis and provided great restaurant recommendations. Additionally, the hotel features a delightful patisserie with delicious chocolates that I highly recommend trying. The location of the hotel is also convenient, with easy access to the taxi station, supermarket, and charming coffee shops. This made exploring Ankara hassle-free and enjoyable.

The hotel itself was comfortable, with the exception of the air conditioning. However, this minor issue did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

Location, welcoming

Room was not spacious. I would expect housekeeping to prepare the bed same as first day. It was a booking for two people but there was one bathrobe only. A/C was noisy and old-analogue type. Window sealing should have been better for noise and weather. Tv broadcast… more than half of the channels were German (German and Austrian state tvs) and Arabic TVs. No movie channels (local or international) no CNN, no Digiturk movie channels. Quite upsetting if you spend time in the room

Every thing is perfect

booked two rooms, one of which was in my name with breakfast, and the second room was in my children’s name, without breakfast. When checking out, they asked me for an additional amount for breakfast because the breakfast reservation was in the name of the children’s room due to an error made by the receptionist upon entry..and he did not show willingness to bear the mistake

All the facilities, including the spa and pool, were excellent. While we had to pay for breakfast, it was well worth it. The room was recently renovated, and the bath products had a delightful fragrance and were good quality.

The central system was set to heating mode in April, not cooling. With the temperature above 25 degrees, we couldn't use it as air conditioning. We opened the window but then the street was noisy.

Breakfast was excellent. I could not ask for more.

The breakfast supervisor was rather rude to tell me that I had not prebooked for breakfast. She should have welcomed me to the room and let me sign for it discreetly. Shame, as the breakfast and omelette were excellent.

Probably the best hotel in Ankara. Excellent, new rooms, very nice SPA facilities; exceptional Japanese restaurant; what can I ask for more?:) I think this hotel will be in my top 10 for a very long time. If you are into Japanese food, you should definitely try the sushi in Maromi restaurant. Chef is Japanese and sushi is really good.

I really cannot complain about anything, it would be unfair to the team working there.

Manuel, liked the location and the hotel diversity of facilities, namely the restaurants, bar and patissery. The staff was always very profession and nice, like Mr. Hakan and Yasin Muttu from the reception and the bell teal such as Yasin Ural. The room attendant did also a good work Esengil.
