The property was nice, neat and tidy. It must have just undergone a recent refurbishment. The room met my expectation. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I arrived later than expected as there was some delay at the airport. I was checked in and escorted to my room after the receptionist had asked for my passport and photocopied it much to my surprise as my understanding from the booking.com was that only the card used for the booking would be required.

The breakfast was awful. It was less than basic and the same type the next morning. It was bland and tasteless. The breakfast does't worth the name. On my second day, I thought there was going to be something different and better but much to my expectation nothing change. So I just messed a little bit up and left very disappointed. The next terrible thing was when I was leaving. The checkout staff asked if I had drunk something from the fridge in the room. They charged a fortune for the drinks in the room including water even though there was no prior information whatsoever as to whether the drinks are for sale or not. That was a clear case of RIP OFF. So beware future guest!

It's in quiet street but still close to the center, the staff was kind and helpful, very comfortable room - the size of the room, clean and comfortable beds, electric kettle and small fridge were very useful, new bottles of water and toiletries every day.

It wasn't a big deal for me and my brother bcz we had English - Turkish translator on mobile, but the staff can speak very little English. Still we got whatever we needed. At this time the place for having breakfast was pretty chilly, so it's a good idea to dress well. It would be useful to see what is the possible food for breakfast bcz we didn't know what we can expect. However the food we got was delicious and Turkish coffee as it should be.

Very nice room. Good view and windows over the corner. Nice bed and good equipment. Air condition was well working. Bus connection downtown possible (20min bus ride) and maybe 5 min to the bus stand. Location with many restaurants and grocery shops and laundry around the corner.

The breakfast was very easy. Nicely prepared but no buffet and strongly reduced in its selection. Communication ( english) was a little difficult.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and always willing to assist. I requested an iron, and the team provided it within 1 hour and allowed me to keep the ironing board and iron for 3 days. Much appreciated. Facilities were clean, and location of the hotel was ideal.

The breakfast was basic, and the same each day. Could do with 'advancing the menu' to provide greater selection to include omelettes, etc. In addition, just a slight mention the cappuccino/Americano/filter coffee could be better.

We had a clean and bright deluxe room. We stayed there for over three weeks. The cleaning staff and the employees were all very friendly. We felt very comfortable in the hotel. we'll be back soon

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Turkey for work. Very nice and strict staff. Everyone spoke perfect English. The rooms are very clean, spacious and everything in them worked. I have no comments. The breakfast was way more than I could eat. A perfect hotel in every way. Thank you., 🙏

Modern and comfortable rooms, spacious beds, nice shower. The staff were very helpful! Great that you can stop the car at the entrance and they will park it for you.

The room was very hot! Might be because we were there in winter but still… took a while to lower the temperature given that windows don’t open in some rooms. But that’s just a minor thing.

exceptional responsiveness and hospitality of the staff, but there was the only person who could speak English. When English speaking person was not on place , the colleagues always found him quickly

The room is stuffy without air conditioning. But with air conditioning it is is quite cold at night.

I found the hotel very clean and the service was good. And the breakfast was very tasty. Also, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. My stay at the hotel was very comfortable. Good luck to you all

The breakfast was magnificent and we had service of the highest level. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help, the room was clean and tidy too. Would totally recommend it no matter if you are traveling alone or with family.
