The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is convenient and vlean

1-The smoke smell coming from the vent some people smoke and we smell that. 2-Some construction going in the front where a parking spaces were advertised, I had to park my rental car at street, stayed worrying about unnecessary tickets or someone hit my car. 3-I hope they add Irons to the rooms .

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly. the hotel gave us a room upgrade.

Breakfast could have more options, especially drinks.

The location worked very well for our purposes. The room was neat and clean. It was very good value for money.

It would have been helpful if the maids replenished essential supplies, such as toilet paper and water. Also, the air conditioning didn't work. Although the breakfast offerings were quite extensive, there was no fresh fruit or vegetables, which was a shame. Also, the room was a little cramped with a bit too much furniture, so it was a bit awkward to move around in the room.

Great offer in terms of value for money. Cozy clean and brand new apartments, nice staff, good dinner. Location is great - in respectable area of Chankaya (embassies area) close to the city center. We stayed with labrador, staff was nice and polite, room was cozy and clean. Really recommend this place - perfect quality for reasonable money

The staff is extremely nice, they let me do very early check-in, very helpful and always welcoming. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in this hotel, the environment is nice, situated right in front of the Royal Thai Embassy, which was actually the reason I have booked this hotel. The cleaning in the room was perfect . Next to the hotel there is a main street with amazing choice of food and drinks, also the place where you can exchange the money . Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Very quiet location close to embassies. Lack of restaurants/recreations there, but If you need to visit an embassy, it's very good location because of total traffic jams. Pretty fresh, comfortable, non-smoked room. My room has no chair and table, so it was pretty hard to work from. but you can ask personnel for help or go to co-working nearby.

The breakfast was good enough: just omelet, eggs, cheese, olives. Not bad indeed, but could be better.

Amazing staff, great breakfast, big and clean rooms.Super location in Ankara! They helped us for everything, we were so tried after long hours of flight, they helped us for early check-in, carried luggages. Very positive and kind, smiled all the time when they were answering our questions.

The staff is amazing, very welcoming! The facility is well is warm and calm and very suitable for leisure trips or business.

The area is a little away from city center. This may be seen as positive as well, being able to reach the heart of the city in 5 min by taxi.

Room was quite good, confortable. They give two bottles of water every day, personnel were kind.

Gym is not so good, they don't have so much equipment and you can notice that cleaning is not done in that room never. Actually, the four days I spent there, I can bet they even get down there to see if someone us the gym or something.

The breakfast supplied was great, good location to embassies and a quiet spot. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

Bed was quite hard which was fine for me but my partner didnt like.
