I had the pleasure of staying at Koza Suite Hotel for a week, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism—every interaction was kind, helpful, and made me feel truly welcome. The entire team, from housekeeping to the kitchen staff, deserves a round of applause for their dedication and hospitality. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. A special mention must go to the breakfast—absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented each morning. It was the perfect start to every day. What I appreciated most was the tranquility. Despite being in a great location, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet—ideal for rest and relaxation. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my stay so memorable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is convenient and vlean

1-The smoke smell coming from the vent some people smoke and we smell that. 2-Some construction going in the front where a parking spaces were advertised, I had to park my rental car at street, stayed worrying about unnecessary tickets or someone hit my car. 3-I hope they add Irons to the rooms .

The staff were sooooooooooooo sweet and welcoming me as a solo traveler. They helped me checking in and facilitate me through out. I felt very safe and happy to stay at Koza Suite Hotel

Wifi is on and off for sometimes and the breakfast was finished so fast. I went up to have breakfast around 9 am and all the eggs and omelette were totally run out.

Since I needed to be in the Cankaya area for work, the hotel's location was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

Since smoking is allowed in the room, the smell of cigarette smoke had settled in, which wasn’t very pleasant. As far as I know, it’s supposed to be prohibited in hotels.

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly. the hotel gave us a room upgrade.

Breakfast could have more options, especially drinks.

Great offer in terms of value for money. Cozy clean and brand new apartments, nice staff, good dinner. Location is great - in respectable area of Chankaya (embassies area) close to the city center. We stayed with labrador, staff was nice and polite, room was cozy and clean. Really recommend this place - perfect quality for reasonable money

Nice and comfortable hotel, polite and helpful staff, delicious breafkast, accept dogs, which is unique for Ankara. Moderate price is a major advantage

The door in douche cabin was not functioning. Toothbrush and toothpaste could be added to complimentary batbroom set, since hotel positioning itself as a 4 star.

The location worked very well for our purposes. The room was neat and clean. It was very good value for money.

It would have been helpful if the maids replenished essential supplies, such as toilet paper and water. Also, the air conditioning didn't work. Although the breakfast offerings were quite extensive, there was no fresh fruit or vegetables, which was a shame. Also, the room was a little cramped with a bit too much furniture, so it was a bit awkward to move around in the room.

The staff is extremely nice, they let me do very early check-in, very helpful and always welcoming. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in this hotel, the environment is nice, situated right in front of the Royal Thai Embassy, which was actually the reason I have booked this hotel. The cleaning in the room was perfect . Next to the hotel there is a main street with amazing choice of food and drinks, also the place where you can exchange the money .
