We landed at 7am and departed at midnight so only in Ankara for the day, we needed a crash pad. WE requested and The Twins Hotel was nice enough to let us check in and give us a room at 8 am plus breakfast. The front desk people were fantastic! as all of the staff was!! Great staff and very friendly service. The location is fantastic and we love the area with the park, restaurants everywhere, shops and even grocery stores.

Smoke smell everywhere!! Carpeted hotel, there should be no smoking because of the fire hazard, but that does not stop the Turks including staff smoking inside. The hotel decor is very nice, the overall place needs some renovations though.

I was in a hire car and thankfully there was on site parking. The hotel was in easy walking distance of my favourite part of town and I was regularly having my evening meals down in Kugulu/Swan park. Also there is a nice pizza restaurant and bar called the beyaz and siyah (black and white bar) at the bottom of Cinnah bank opposite Swan Park worth checking out. Breakfasts were good and wi fi signal was strong in room.

The street that it is located was breathtakind and stunning. It was near the bus and taxi station

There wasn't any resturant or super market around

The Hotel was everything I expected and more. The breakfast was out of this world, the staff was helpful and attentive, and the location can't be beat

My only issue is with the bathroom in my particular room, which isn't up to par with the rest of the quality I've come to expect from them.

Very hospitable staff. Checked in ahead of time. We were fed a delicious breakfast. The room is large, equipped with everything you need. We liked everything. Recommended!
