The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was very helpful and nice, breakfast was good. The hotel building in general was nice and clean and in a good location, there was not much traffic noise and there were many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, so it is good to stay there for vacation. Many offices and embassies were also near, so it is a good place to stay also during a business trip, and hotel's general elegant environment is definitely suitable for that. A PC with a printer was available and many other details which can be useful. We were very satisfied.

Hard to mention anything, we have nothing to complain

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they spoke and understood English. The breakfast is very good. The quality of the wifi network was also very good. The room was very warm and cozy and liked the lighting. Close to shops and restaurants.

Sometimes you could hear sounds from outside such as garbage trucks and cars but it was reasonable since the hotel is located in a busy place and you can expect these sounds. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean too but the toilet sometimes had a slightly unpleasant odor. One of the lights didn't work properly.

The breakfast was good, lots of variety. The comfort of the room is fine, but the rooms need more space. the best part of the hotel is its location: you can move easily to any part of Ankara. Tip: once you're out of the hotel, take your left and walk down and cross the street. You'll find local good places to have a beer and dinner.

Very good breakfast with wide variety and choices of hot and cold dishes, pastries, hot and cold drinks. Rooms are nice, could be a bit brighter, but should be fine for a short stay.

A lovely hotel in the busy area of Kavaklidere. A lot of restaurants and shops are within the walking distance. The Hotel has a Spa, however, I had no time to visit. The breakfast is excellent and there is a plenty of options to be chosen from. The room was small but nice and clean. The bed was comfy. Strong wifi. Very friendly and competent staff members. Valet parking is available

It was an amazing experience especially the hotel’s suite’s balcony and view. Mr. Baruk as manager had very high hospitality and helped us as hotel’s guests in every issue. Husamettin the food director was extremely professional at his job and was very kind host.

Excellent facilities, great value for money. Staff was very polite and helpful. The location is great, very close to shops, restaurants and shopping mall.

I loved everything, may be only downside it was really hot in room, due to likely heating coming from bathroom. But it is an easy fix with an AC or.open window.

When we entered the room, it was quite cold as Ankara evenings are cold in winter time. It took us around an hour to heat it to >20C level.

Great hotel. Proximity to shops such as mac, Marks and Spencer,lc waikiki, body shop.everything! The very comfortable bed, the serenity of the environment. The staff! The meals from cocoa cafe were delicious. Breakfast was great.should have more pancakes, waffles and scrambled eggs. Something to keep the bread/ pastry fresher/ warmer

Super modern hotel with excellent WIFI, Cleanliness, facilities and breakfast. The location is also superb in the City centre with a plethora of cafes and restaurants very close to the hotel.Staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms excellent. Will definitely book this hotel again.
