Perfect location, amazing kind service st eat step, clean comfortable rooms. Great selection of food for breakfast (as well for veg people)

when visiting Ankara, we always stay at Sheraton. the location is incredible to reach out to many popular places in the city. This stay was a little bit different for us since our baby has severe food allergies (wheat, egg etc.) when I was booking the hotel I had many questions around how they can help us navigating in this situation where I need special food to feed my baby. When booking Mr Kerem helped us a lot to understand their food allergy policies and in the mornings, we asked Chef Miss Gulay to get special baby food (mashed avocado etc) she was so much helpful, additionally Miss safiye or saniye nur (hope I am remembering her name correctly) helped us to find a safe place in the restaurant to sit with a baby has severe food allergies. We have been always happy with the hotel and the staff but this time they helped a lot!

Nothing, it is not about the property but I want to record here; managers also should act as a service staff and smile with a positive energy, I came across a manager he was very stressful and unhappy in the mornings, made me to think what is going on here in the restaurabt, what’s the problem. But may be he was just having a bad day…

Especially the executive lounge was tidy, quiet and comfortable. Lobby bar is also efficient and comfortable. Lobby bar has a wide variaty of beverages and food. Both the executive lounge (Mss Ozlem) and lobby bar personnel is extremely polite and efficient. I had no issues whatsoever, all the workers helped me whatever I needed at that point. The location is one of the best in the city, absolutely perfect.

The restaurant was closed during the day until evening meal time due to Ramadan. I respect the work needed to get prepared, but closing during the day is not acceptable for me. It should've been announced for so.

Firstly, they upgrade my room without any charges and before my arrival. Afterwards, I would like to upgrade my room to the suite and the beloved manager Murat Bey helped us in anyways besides he ceased a cheese plate, fruite plate and a bottle of wine as well! I especially would like to thank Murat Bey's accompany during our stay as well as Mehtap Hanim's assistance according to our special needs and orders. In this respect I would like to give my huge thanks to all Sheraton, Ankara crew. It was my third stay over there and they always add-on new things for their guests. Much appreciated, thank you very much!

location , cleanliness and staff have been very helpful. Spa - massage was excellent .

I was disappointed to find out that swimming pool was closed until 15th September. That wasn’t mentioned anywhere when I did the booking. Regarding sauna, shower and jacuzzi area : I think its too small for a big capacity hotel. Jacuzzi can only accommodate 2 persons at a time.

My stay at the Sheraton Ankara was a delightful experience. Its prime location stands out, making it convenient for city exploration. The staff exudes warmth and friendliness, and I was pleasantly surprised with complimentary parking. The breakfast spread was appetizing, and the bathroom facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

The windows weren't as pristine as one would expect. For a clear photo, I had to open them and attempt a shot without the 'filters' of smudges.

The rooms were very entertainingly furnished to a high level. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean and modern, the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The best part was that they noticed that both I and one of my colleagues had a birthday during our stay, and left a birthday cake in each of our rooms for us. Tremendous.

the staff mainly. they were the most helpful and friendliest staff. they seem to really love their work and treat everyone with such respect. I really can’t wait to go back.

every thing is excellent ..i booked 2 connecting rooms they give me in smoking floor as connected room only in this floor ..they give 2 excutive sweet with same price i paid befor ..thanks for every thing
