Loud music in the street late till the night

I spent 11 days in this hotel with my children, waiting for problems with documents to be resolved. Excellent hotel, good location, clean, the room was cleaned every day, good soundproofing despite a busy street, very friendly staff, special thanks to the member of staff who speaks excellent French.

Very clean all around. From reception to housekeeping to dining services, all of the employees have an amazing attitude, and they are extremely helpful. Perfect location, right on Tunali Hilmi street, full of restaurants, bars etc. Rooms are very comfortable and have all the amenities we needed.

Good facilities with full of consideration for guests comfort. Many details haven been considered. Very kind staffs. Big and comfort room.

not that disturbing. But one thing i want to mention. one pillow out of four had a sweat smell. But thanks for great hospitality. I enjoyed this place.

The position of the hotel is perfect. The lobby is a bit old, but the rooms are large and with all needed comforts.

The coffee in the breakfast can be greatly improved. Currently is not a drinkable coffee, but there are good coffee-shops close to the hotel

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice rooms and immaculately clean. The cleaning staff should be singled out for praise.

After a few days, the breakfast became monotonous. The coffee was a bit weak.

Great position over Tunali, small and safe place

The rooms over the Main Street can be a bit noisy over night, but that is manageable
