The location and the cleanliness of the room speciallt toilet and bath The kind and friendly staff specially in the reception and kitchen, they do their best to help despite their poor English language!

The old furniture, however it was not a critical point as long as the hotel overall is clean

Reception staff are highly respected, assisted and morally highly Mr. Hassan, Mr. Emre and the service staff are also inside the hotel

I stayed in a very spacious room and I liked it a lot. I stayed only for one night but I was a great choice in terms of cost, facilities and location. There are many restaurants and shops around.

Staff excellent. I made many fabulous friends. Especially the person who provide meal.. (chief). Both duty Managers were awesome. Location was auspicious. I loveee it. Definitely want to stay here much longer and i would recommend you all too

Near to so many attractions, and had a good breakfast to start your day. Staff were also friendly and supportive.

Internet wasn’t stable and was completely out on a day that I needed most.

Cost effective, nice staff. They brought everything I asked them for ( extra pillow, extra blanket, ice, water... etc) Location was great, everything is around and transportation was easy and affordable

The room was smaller than expected and only the reception staff spoke English No tissues provided, only toilet paper The bed was fine but not very comfortable Toothbrushes were very bad quality but I was able to buy good and cheap ones easily
