Very good hotel with nice and cooperative staffs

Staff were very friendly and helpful, always having a smile on their face. Rich breakfast, plenty of choices for eating but also for drinking. In the area there's a lot of restaurants of different kinds.

The smell of cigarettes is strong in the rooms. Can't change the temperature on air conditioner, so either it's too hot without it or freezing with it on. Only boiling hot water was running in the shower.

Just to the south of the city, half a mile walk from the metro, but taxis right outside hotel, staff friendly although a few language difficulties which we had not experienced elsewhere in Turkey which lead to some confusion about the type of room we had booked, and how and when we were going to pay, so suggest Booking look at this to make it easier for the hotel and their guests.

Breakfast a bit limited, no freshly baked bread

At first we were given a room that smelled of tobacco. I asked to change the room and we were given room 505 on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the city and a sauna inside the apartment. The one-day stay was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, there was even honey with honeycombs, which is not often found even in five-star hotels. The price-quality ratio is very good.

Everything is very good.

the property was always clean and in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants near by.

sometimes during the night there was a strong smell of cigarettes.

Once every two days the Keycards stop working and u need them reset in the lobby Fridge didn't work and had it replaced after 3 days Phone didn't work and was never replaced

Good location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and toileteries Provided. The staff were helpful too.

The room was a little stuffy as the aircon seemed to have been centralised- so early mrng it was a little warm. Also the colour theme of the hotel is all grey and black which made the room gloomy(this is just my opinion- some people may like this).

Staff customer service is excellent especially Levent and Sevcet they were very helpful offering beverages when ever we was sat outside. Very clean hotel, with good location Came alone my husband joined later but i was felt made at home as soon as i entered. Had to increase stay the staff made it so easy. Would definitely return

Nothing except for the 2 single beds instead of one double

Everything was great, better then expected. Polite and professional staff, varied and tasty breakfast, comfortable and sparkling clean room as well as early check in made our stay in this hotel really enjoyable. In case of visiting Ankara again, this will be my first choice.

The breakfast was acceptable and included most of the varieties. However, some of the dishes were missing.

The power outlets of the room were not working and there were a lot of insects as well.
