In October 2023, my wife and I were on a business trip to Ankara. It was necessary to book an economy class hotel in the city center. After several days of searching in Booking.com our choice fell on the "Best Hotel", located near the city center on Ataturk Boulevard - the price is reasonable, the reviews are good, and, what was very important to us, no prepayment was required, we could pay in cash in lira when checking into the hotel. Subsequently, we were convinced of the correctness of our choice - friendly staff, ready to help with any problems, not only concerning hotel accommodation, cleanliness and order in the room, everything was functioning, towels were changed on demand. The breakfasts were delicious and hearty - a small buffet. For lunch and dinner, there is a special area nearby with excellent restaurants, cafes, pizzerias for every taste. This area turned out to be a favorite place for evening rest both for the residents of Ankara and for guests of the city. There are also small shops where we bought Turkish sweets as gifts to friends. During our 4-day stay in Ankara, we got so used to the cozy atmosphere in the "Best Hotel" that we felt at home. I enjoyed the fact that everything was perfectly thought of, precisely what one needs. The room was quite big, curtains light and work table were comfortable to work at. The mattress veey comfortable and bedding was clean. And the bathroom facilities worked perfectly, with grwat waterpressure etc. The breakfast was tasty and nothing unnecessary. The staff was exceptionally friendly, very helpful and quick in problem-solving. I felt very happy here!

There truly was nothing I did not like. The staff was extremely friendly and actually helpful.

-Staff: very kind all of them, the receptionists, the one who carried the suitcases. They helped us park the car, lift the suitcases. -Room: was very clean. Bed sheets and towels were changed every day. They brought 2 bottles of water every day. The room had all the needed facities. -Location was perfect. I will turn again. I suggest this hotel.

Only two things: -Breakfast was the same each day. -They did not have iron, but they offered the service of ironing with payment.

This is a superb location in the heart of town of Ankara. Walking distance to very fun street, Tunali Hilmi, ornamented with lots of boutiques, shopping opportunities, restaurants, pubs etc. walking distance to the airport shuttle, walking distance to grocery stores, hair dressers etc. Super clean rooms and bed sheets and towels and everything. Very good open buffet breakfast. Very friendly and pro hotel staff. Ann all of these for that price!

The location is excellent. There is a vibrant street full of cafes, pubs, and restaurants just around the block. It is close to a lot of embassies and the hotel is located on a very wide street which makes it easy to get to in rush hour.

The hotel is outdated. The wifi connection in our room was weak. Sound insulation could be improved; we had a street side window and we could hear cars zooming by all day.

Very clean, towels, beds, room floors, sinks, toilets, showers are very clean. Staff very friendly, safe place, superb location.

Gym could be better. Breakfast was a bit less variety than my last stay. Still good value for the $ paid.

the room is on the street side is too noisy because of the traffic. the AC is provide hot air only, the cool air brings heat also. the breakfast is the same all week, and almost acceptable.

The room was nice, and it was cleaned every day. The breakfast was also good. The location is central, we like walking so we just walked to all the main points of interest. Otherwise you can take a taxi, which will cost you 50-75 liras. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and nice. Overall, we couldn't have made a better choice for our stay in Ankara.
