This hotel has a magnificent panoramic view of the bay. The all inclusive package was great value with great food selection. It would be very easy to go vegetarian with a great selection. It actually is difficult to keep portions small. All local alcholic beverages are free. Great place for kids with lots of swimming pools. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Had a lovely time. Our 4th stay and didn't let us down.

Dining a bit hectic due to being too chilly to eat outside. Also Al cart (Turkish) was a let down. Husband dinner was cold which they replaced and still cold. There was no time between courses to enjoy food.

This is a perfect place for a family holiday. The staff was always nice and very polite. Wide range of meals were offered, we hardly could try all of them :) There were every day something new and exciting eg. fireshow was amazing, the kids loved it.

Hardly can be mentioned any negative issue. Defenately we had 5-10 kg plus at the end of the week :) Maybe more activities for adults, eg. yoga, tai chi in the morning would be a good idea. Regardring the food: more dishes with vegetables and seafood in the restaurant, healthier dishes for buffet lunch would be highly appreciated.

Slides great for grandparents and children. Copious food. Great selection. Evening entertainment quite good. Eventually resolved our over booking to our complete satisfaction

Overbooked on one night with no admission of problem. Main restaurants good but Ala carte restaurant and menu a big disappointment

There is no territory apart from the pool and not very big beach. around the hotel there is nothing interesting. But i stayed for 3 days, had a car and selected this hotel as it was close to the place i needed to visit, so for me all was good.

The hotel is fabulous for a family break, the facilities are brilliant. The water park just amazing, it was advertised as open 2-4pm however I think as it was half term it was open from around 11-5 each day, my children 10 & 12 spent the whole time on the slides. The food in the buffet & by the pool was really good, although would get a bit samey if you were staying for 2 weeks. The staff were lovely and made a real effort to make the stay as great as they could, they provided a free room upgrade for us to stay in a sea view room just because I asked :)

It would be really helpful if there was a welcome pack to explain how everything works along with a map of where all the facilities are etc. The room was okay, not perfect for a 5 star hotel. The beds were very hard, nothing stayed on when leaving the room, so the fridge & aircon goes off when you leave the room which isn't ideal. There isn't aircon throughout the hotel so in places it is uncomfortably hot, including the seating area in the buffet, the alternative is to sit out on the balcony which is very nice, no cooler though when we went the end of May, and a lot of people were smoking which was a shame. These are little niggles though compared to the facilities and overall standard of the hotel

The rooms were cleaned and recharged daily. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom great. The drinks at the bar were nice, as was the great sunny balcony. The food was also satisfactory, the spa area was not bad. The animators were fun and had nice themed evenings. Overall the hotel is very luxurious and provides everything you can think of for a great holiday.

My main remark is that there was not much variety of food, we ate 2-3 dishes all week, especially for breakfast. There weren't many choices for vegetarians. I also have a big remark about the hygiene in the hammam, I didn't notice it being cleaned for a whole week and this was evident from the soap packs all over the country as well as the dirty beds, I think this is unacceptable for such a luxury hotel.

Great resort with fun for young and old. We enjoyed the water slides, the swimming pool and the private beach. Food was also excellent, good breakfast, lunch and dinner with good variety.

There are no attractions or other sightseeings in the neighbourhood, you need to travel.

The property is amazing.The staff is so welcoming.On arrival we were told that the hotel is over booked and they can not give us the room we booked 5 triple room instead they will up grade us to suite,2 bedroom family room and double bedroom.along with that free laundry and free Alcarte dinner which we didn’t use.So much to eat all the time.the hotel staff make sure to serve you in best way how ever they had problem understanding English.We were family of 15 ppl and the kids loved the water park and activities in the resort.Gozleme at the beach cafe was amazing.Cherry on top when we went to check out Mr Ibrahim and miss selene told us that they will give us first night free and will only charge for 2 nights out of three.loved every bit of it
