The room & food was good

I was over charged $ 300+ dollars on my credit card for my room. Still waiting on the hotel to refund my money. Per the Clerk her reason for over charging me is that she had never checked customers in, she always check them out. That did not help my situation at all.

The location is great for easy on and off the interstate. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is probably the best hotel pool I've seen for this level.

The breakfast was terrible, but I have to say that the cook did not show up for work, and the on-site staff did their best to cover.

I want to thank Jessica for her wonderful attitude and willingness to help us get the room we previously booked on the last trip. She was also gracious in calling someone to reset the battery on our door. He came late after hours and had a very nice attitude while helping us. Breakfast was great and the area is kept clean and stocked. I will keep coming back to this location when in town.

Everything we're good and it's we're cleaning and everything and I love they lemon water it's so good.

Everything was clean, staff super friendly when I called about tv and phone not working. Got it all working quickly; even put in a new phone.

TV remote not working; could not find 'eye' for remote to click on. Tried to call front desk but phone was not plugged in. Plugged it in, still not working. called on cell phone.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was pretty quiet. And we loved the size of the room for the price.

We didn't like that the floor we were on (3rd) smelled like a huge skunk. And when we checked into our room, it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned before we got there. The beds were made, but there weren't any trash bags in the cans, and there was little bits of trash all over the floor.

Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Pool was great!

Our room smelled like someone sprayed overly strong perfume on everything. It was very overwhelming.

The hotel was easy to get to and check in was easy. Room clean. Just stayed overnight while traveling so I did not spend a lot of time there.

Breakfast was good, room was spacious, it was quiet, staff was friendly.

Window faced the East and curtains were sheer, sun was brutal at 700am.

TV wasn't working or the remote control

Make sure their is better lighting and thrash can has bag linens.
