TownePlace by Marriott was by far the greatest hotel I’ve been to & I’ve been able to visit multiple nice hotels. From the friendly, patient, understanding staff to the quiet and efficient location near multiple eateries & daily areas it was all great. The room was very spacious, comfortable, up to date, clean, & well put together. I loved the fact that there were multiple lights in the room for different areas, nice hot shower, operating air conditioning, all of the services were operating great as well with zero issues. The refrigerator worked perfectly, the outlets worked well, microwave, stove, dish washer & more. I also liked the hotel mini store & laundry services. Overall 10 / 10 & again, if you like great customer service & support then this is the one to go to!

Absolutely, nothing. For me, everything was perfect & ideal location & pricing.

The experience I received. I made a reservation for two rooms with an agency but when I called TownPlace, to verify the reservation it hand not been received per Ms. Tracie. I wanted to stay there because I had family that was booked at the hotel for a family reunion in the area. I called later in the day and per Ms Tracie the reservation still had not been received. Ms. Tracie was so patient with me. She checked the availability for the days I wanted to stay and rooms were available and to call her back if she could help with booking the rooms. The next day I called TownePlace with the booking agent and spoke with Ms. Tracie. She verified once again no rooms booked. I immediately called my financial institution. I them called the "patient", Ms. Tracie and she booked the rooms for me! Meeting her was very special and I let her know just how much my family and I were appreciative for her service. The rooms were just what we needed and the stay was very comforting. All thanks to Ms. Tracie and staff!!🤗

There wasn't antthing I didn't like.

The suite was absolutely perfect!! The location was great....staff (Carmen) was great to deal with.

We were told breakfast was 6-9. We had to leave early... was up and down for breakfast at 6:15.....we were greeted with NO coffee...NO breakfast....this was a major complaint!!!

I arrived early and my room wasn’t ready but right after they finished their lunch they got right to it. I sat in the lobby and worked with some great lemonade. When I entered my room it was nice and cool. The room was large and spacious with a small kitchen which I didn’t need since I was only there one night. The breakfast had many selection so you could choose a hot breakfast or a lighter meal. If I have to return to the area for business, I would go back.

At breakfast I wish you had a choice of crisp bacon because it wasn’t quite done for my liking.

You have to request for your room to be cleaned daily. That need to be informed during the check-in process.

The property location was great. Staff was friendly. It’s a brand new hotel, with a nice gym, outside sitting area with fire pits , grills, and a nice outdoor pool. Everything was perfect and the beds are super comfortable. Not to mention as an added bonus there’s a Colton Steakhouse in the same parking lot.

The suite was incredibly nice for the price, staff was all very nice and helpful. Quiet room. I thought I left my Apple Watch there, and the staff was incredibly helpful at trying to get it back to me.

Location was great! Pricing was excellent and the hotel staff were nice.

Continental breakfast was a little weak in regards to variety. Also, it was pretty early and the food was gone. We asked for items to be replenished. We were told no because that was what they had for the day?!

Breakfast. Room size was awesome.
