While the hotel may not look as modern or updated as some other Ibis properties, the location is excellent, the staff was very helpful, and the room was clean and well-equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the smart TV and other expected facilities were all in place, and breakfast was good. For the price I paid, the value for money was excellent, and overall it was a comfortable and satisfying stay.

Chain hotel on the outskirts of the old town. Staff very friendly and helpful, Very big room with lots of storage space (extra sofa bed) and the huge bed was really comfy, good double glazing so quiet at night, despite being on a main road. Decor was an odd mix of modern and old, could do with some updating - especially the bathroom tiles. Breakfast was buffet style and a good choice. Free off-street parking in the hotel's garage. Good wifi. 10-15 minutes walk into the old town, which is utterly charming and well worth a visit.

Lift from garage to reception not working. Curtains didn't block out the light at all. Aircon was set at a minimum of 24 degrees, which wasn't cool enough for us. Some items missing from the breakfast buffet, such as bread, and not replenished.

The facilities onsite and read, use computer with for friends. Breakfast was beautifully set up. Front desk staff friendly.

Shower head didn't stay upright for me to stand under and wash my hair. It was placed upright by cleaning staff but the moment to water is on and the head pointed away from the wall, is fell down and out of the holder and would not stay in 😣

Good place to stay in trani, had a wonderful time there. Our kid was sick in the first day and they helped us check in early

A bit outdated facilities but not a problem for me, the Breakfast was pretty much the same

the reception staff were extremely helpful, professionally and welcoming. the lady receptionist very kindly organised a taxi for us to the airport and kept us informed when it was running a little late. she very swiftly took away any anxiety we had and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. the breakfast was excellent.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was spacious and clean, only the bathroom was small. The location is good, 5-10 min walk to the amazing city scattered with bars and restaurants. Cosy port! Good price/quality and a perfect stay to visit Trani

Posibility to came late at night and be welcomed by a live person from reception. Posibility to store bicycle on a safe place.

Vicinity of train station - what is good wheh coming with a train late in the evening, but can be noisy, depending on the room location.

Extremely nice, helpful and always smiling staff with an individual attitude to the guest. Tasty breakfast in many variants. Rooms cleaned every day. Great location, next to the train station, very close to the port and the centro storico.

Good location near the railway station but not noisy. Breakfast was good with good opening times. Short walk to the main sights of Trani which is a good location to spend a couple of days.

Parking under the hotel and location is good. Staff is quite proffesional. Breakfast was good.

Dinner menu was reduced to 2 meals. Room was quite basic with not so smart redecoration work.
