Once again the location is perfect for our needs, and the restaurant is this hotels best feature and nice staff.

This time when we arrived at 3 pm they were having difficulties the hotels ballroom was having a function and so staff were being used there, it took almost 15 minutes to check in and go to our room and another 30 minutes till they put our car into the secured parking . Normally check in is much easier, this is a hotel that we have used over ten times in the past few years Our room 416 has some well worn towels that should of been replaced they had seen better days and the shower arm was very rusty so that showed a lack of Maintenance. Small gripes I know but easy fixes that shouldn't happen when you can pay up to 1500 pesos a night at certain times of year.

Location, Restaurant and even though it was almost at full capacity it was quiet .

They have been using an app that you need to use to check in other then filling in a form like in the past, and it takes twice as long to do and they ask for more Personal Information on it then they used to.. One example.of technology making the process slower.particularlyif it's your first time , having to enter the WiFi onto your phone .Please go back to the original way.

As always the restaurant was great, just as well as nothing else is close apart from some tacos . We had a breakfast included fruit juice toast and coffee but you can upgrade if you want Eggs etc.

Room was much smaller then we have had in the past and there was no natural light in the bathroom. But for what we needed it was ok

They charge you now 40 pesos for two coffee pods if you use them in the rooms Coffee machine, and 30 pesos for a bottle of water to use with it. I have never had to pay for coffee that is supplied in the room In Any other hotel in Mexico.

We had a nice snack in the evening with a few drinks . And upgraded our breakfast to a cooked one . The basic free one is just toast fruit and coffee. This was 80 pesos extra. The staff in the restaurant and valid parking were very nice and efficient..The room was spotless and this time the shower was very hot. When we stayed six months ago( we use this hotel three or four times a year) , the room we had the shower was cold.

Nothing much to complain about apart from they were playing Christmas music in the reception, . , But they turned it on at 7. 30 in the Morning.. we had only arrived back at the hotel at 1 am after a family gathering. . Yes perhaps I am a Grinch. Overall Nothing to complain about other than that .

We have stayed here a number of times. The location is great to visit family, Restaurant food is very decent perhaps a bit pricey, but nothing close of note near. An example burger and fries 150, pasta 200 steak 300 pesos.

Had a shower when we first arrived and water was cold, but the next Morning it was back to normal, never normally have a problem when we stay there, our only complaint of our stay.

Very beautiful building, clean, good service, breakfast very good. Rooms very atractive, comfortable beds, ample bathroom.

Too far to walk to the city centre but taxis readily available

Walking inside the hotel off the back you feel welcomed!! The staff is attentive, the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The hotel is exquisite, food is fresh and delicious, not far from the heart of downtown. Definitely the best place to stay hands down!!

Had a nice meal in the restaurant in the night

Internet in room 404 was very bad, disappearing signal for up to ten minutes a time, worth thinking about if need a reliable WiFi

we left at 6 am so we never had breakfast ,but we have stayed here a number of times as it is a great location to visit Family, the rooms are smaller then other hotels, but the shower is amazing and good pressure. For the price it is value for money, if you intend to stay inside the room for long periods in the daytime then apart for the location, you can pay more and get a holiday inn with more space,
