The to go breakfast was a little lacking (granola bar and water) but we did notice that the property staff was cooking waffles and eggs which smelled great. We just didn’t have time to enjoy the hot breakfast.

with covid restrictions still in place i know it would of been great. it was good with what was available. service was wonderful and friendly. for my travels the location was fantastic. perfect for what i had to do.

the bed was so hard, they ran out of pillows and the room wasn’t that clean.

The location. The decor was modern and updated. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the girls at night helped me find my daughters phone which was left in the room we spent the night in the night before. I was very grateful for her help.

The first night we checked in at 3am I had booked a room with 2 queen beds, but was told only a king suite was available, but was just thankful for a room. They guy that checked us in was wearing a hoodie, looked like any guy off the street. He seemed very annoyed that I was there. The guy in front of me asked for water and he just told him the hotel was out. When I was checked in there was no sleeve for the room key but a post it note with the WiFi password and my room# written on it. Not sure how clean everything was. Found an empty case of beer in a cabinet in our first room. 2nd night we moved to a room with 2 queen beds which was originally booked, room was clean. There was a patch on the wall that looked like someone punched the wall they had kinda fixed it but still a patch in the wall. My daughter and I went down for breakfast, it was one girl cooking by herself with extension chords everywhere. The 2nd day I came down to get coffee, I asked the girl at the front desk if they had anymore cups, I could hear people laughing and cutting up behind the front desk, she yelled across the lobby to the poor girl cooking breakfast for everyone (she had about 8 people waiting in line for food) to get more cups and coffee. I walked back and got the cups from the girl cooking and refilled the coffee cups for her. I really like the hotel but think it need to be managed a little better. The staff that was there was nice and pleasant but, maybe they were understaffed and mismanaged.
