Loved the waffles and the friendly staff but busy staff. Was crowded and unless you take your shower early was cold water. One night was not crowded the water was perfect. Everything was very clean. Loved the location. Felt safe. Had a pet and was put near a door. There were other dogs there and when in the hall you could hear them barking. The room was quiet no outside sounds at all. Was close to many eating and shopping places.

There was a system in place for fast movement of hot water. It worked great. But could use more hot water heaters for when it is crowded.

My husband is still talking about how wonderful our stay was. The beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was good, too. Thanks. Oh, and Mr. G. was great! We were driving a pickup with a trailer and I asked Mr. G. where we could go to eat that was within walking distance of the motel, He recommended a Mexican restaurant and when we went out to find it, he noticed that we looked confused about how to get to the restaurant, so he came out and pointed us in the right direction. He went above and beyond for us. Oh, by the way, the Mexican restaurant was great!

The only thing we, as older people, would like to see is handheld shower wands in the bathrooms. It isn't as easy to reach all parts of your body when you get to be older. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.

The room meet our needs and the morning clerk was friendly and helpful. We had to leave before 6 A.M. when breakfast was supposed to be served so he located another place that was open for us to eat breakfast.

When we arrived at the hotel at 5:30 PM there was no clerk at the front desk and no sign. I rang the bell four times, waiting at least three minutes between rings. After the fourth ring a clerk showed up with no reason why we had to wait. They had a sign that said they were away from the desk and would be back soon. But it wasn't put out to give a clue why the clerk wasn't there. The floor to the room was dusty and you could feel sand on our feet, so we had to keep our shoes on.

EVERYBODY associated with the property were friendly and helpful; from recommending local eateries to inquiring about our day when we returned to the property. Very convenient to everything in and around Pampa - located on the main business route in Pampa. Hot breakfast offered every morning with eggs, sausage and "Texas" shaped waffles.

A little light on sound proofing between rooms and floors - and a noisy AC unit; but chalk that up to white noise and over riding any neighbor chatter.

Breakfast wasn't great....frozen eggs that were thawed and reheated but were cold after putting them on your plate before you sat down. So I made my own breakfasts in my room.

No plug for the bathtub. Some people like baths rather then showers. A little disappointing, but there ya are. It would have been nice to have room service to get fresh towels and clean room along with emptying garbage.....Stayed for over a week, and never saw one maid. No one ever came to my room.

They didn’t have house cleaning Wednesday or Thursday. The two days we were there. We had a room with a belcony but the door had a 1/2 inch opening at the bottom that the cold air came through and it has been very cold in Pampa. Plus the pillows were horrible, like the filler was pulled apart and not comfortable to sleep on. We went to Walmart to buy some new and better pillows.

The location was great for us we were driving through and needed a place for the night. Staff was awesome and friendly! The breakfast was great, room was comfortable, and plenty of space for our dog traveling with us. I would for sure book this hotel again.

I liked the room cleanliness, the spaciousness and the lighting.

We had handicapped room and we could have had a bar to help in the bathroom and a shower bar to hold onto when getting in and out.

Staff was nice and very helpful. Very welcoming and clean and comfy.

The water in bathroom in the bottom floor accessible room would take to long to drain out that would come out of the shower. The vending machines didn’t work or ice machine. A little dated.

Staff was extremely nice. And thank you San, for working so hard to get the dish tv working again You were extremely nice. You made my visit quite enjoyable 😊
